Plymouth's Hometown Restaurant & Tavern since 1993! Casual, comfortable, affordable family dinning upstairs in our restaurant or fun filled tavern dinning in our bar downstairs. Disk Jockeys, live bands, karaoke and sports on our 7 High Def televisions in
My husband and I have tried to go to this restaurant in the past --- however, it was seemed like it was always closed during the day. Recently we happened to walk by in the early afternoon --- and it was opened! We were pleasant surprised --- my husband's hamburger and my sandwich (chicken) was pretty good and tasty! We ate upstairs (and not downstairs in the bar area). The upstairs was "shaped" differently and loved how they had the tables situated. Would definitely recommend ... also, very reasonably priced..... They have lots and lots of large windows --- fun to "see" outside while we ate!!!!

Overlooking the lake with bar, lounge and dining room seating. Full bar and great service. Appetizers and desserts and everything in between. Fried clams and the salmon were great, as was the trout. Snowballs for dessert were a real treat. Great service and reasonably priced. Beautiful setting.

This is the 3rd time we have stayed at the Commonman Inn! Everytime has been amazing! We stayed in room 201 twice and a different suite the other time. Room 201 is perfect for families of 4. There is a private bedroom and bathroom separated from the common area. The bedroom has a king sized bed with a full bathroom that includes a stand up shower. The common area has a queen sized bed and another full bathroom that includes a shower/tub combo. The room is big...very big! We felt like we were in a little apartment. There is a little indoor porch area and fireplace. The other time we stayed we were in a suite that had 2 levels. The first level had a king bed, full bathroom and a daybed. The second floor had a half bathroom and 2 twin beds. It was awesome for our middle school kids, but it would not he appropriate for small children with the stairs and the open overlook from the second floor to the first floor. Now breakfast...each day they have something different featured as their hot meal. Sometimes they are breakfast sandwiches and other times they are french toast or waffles. Each day they have cereal, oatmeal, fruit, pastries and bagels along with juice and coffee. It definitely saves money when dining with the family. We plan on coming back here year after year because this place does not disappoint.

Biedermans is always spot on. The beer selection continues to excite. More and more beers every time I go. The balboa is still the king of kings... best type of sandwich going. Delicious meats and bread. Been going here since I was a freshman back in 2000. Always stop on my way back from skiing... keep it up!

Stopped in on the way home to MA from the White Mountains. Love everything about this place. Location easy to get to off the highway, great parking, beautiful rural area, cool antique building and ambience, great service, and delicious food.My daughter got mac & cheese which was better than most and I got a grilled duck confit sandwich that was fabulous! Only minus was there wasn't enough confit! But it was delicious.I actually want to find a reason to drive the 2 hours to go back!

Fine American food and Competition style BBQ including the best seafood dishes, steaks, rotating daily specials, homemade soups and Pub Grub. Check out our smokers out back where the pork, ribs, chicken, tri-tip, brisket and sausage are transformed from m
My wife & I went dined a few days ago. The restaurant is not on major roads and must cater to both locals and others.....hence a moderately priced menu full of a varied bunch of options. We had the Barbecue Sampler for two with smoked ribs, brisket, pulled pork, tri tip and chicken. The ribs, pulled pork and brisket were very good, tri tip OK and the chicken was dry. Being a Big Green Egg user, I attributed most of this related to the when cooked time to the when served. time...difficult to serve the last 2 items a distance from when cooked. Our sides were fine.Gary, Thanks for visiting us and trying our BBQ Sampler. On Tuesday, September 4th (unfortunately AFTER your visit) we introduced BBQ chicken on the bone to take the place of the BBQ chicken breast that we served when you visited. Hopefully you will get an opportunity to give it a try. If you do, ask for me when you are in, I always enjoy meeting (and learning from) other BBQ enthusiasts!

We had high hopes for this place. We have visited three times since they opened, and sadly things have gone downhill since then. Our last visit was dismal. Although the bar seemed busy, there were only four tables occupied in the dining area. After waiting over a half hour for our meal, we inquired if we might have some bread. We were informed that the bread service might start up again in the winter, and that they usually have homemade chips, but were out of them. We wondered why they could not offer us even some tortilla chips since they serve nachos? I ordered sparking water, but since they don't carry it, was offered soda water from the bar. When it ran out, I requested a refill and was given something entirely different - twice. Ooooops, the lines were crossed! During our long wait for food, we could hear a new hire (server) being trained by another staff member. It was a lecture about "customer service" and went something like this. "We do not substitute or make changes. The menu is the menu and that's it. We're not some upscale dining place, we're a pub!" That kind of sums up our visit, although Sullivan's doesn't even compare to other pubs we've visited. It was a relief when our correct drink order finally arrived with our food. With only three tables left to cook for, I wonder how they ever deal with a busy night. On a positive note, the scallops were very good and that's about all that was good about the visit. One needed a chainsaw to cut through the broccoli. We even had to request that the exterior lights be turned on when we left so we could find our way to the parking lot.

They accommodated our group of 11 today. Service was excellent and our waitress was very efficient and friendly. Food was about what I would expect. Just average and portions were same. I was disappointed with the pulled pork. But a nice stop anyway at the end of a trail.

Overlooking the scenic Pemigewasset River and Historic Blair Covered Bridge. Open for Lunch, Dinner and Sunday Brunch, year round. Our menu features an array of appetizers, huge salads, sandwiches, burgers, fresh fish, Northeast raised beef, dinner entree
We were a party of 5 for dinner and weren't able to see the views (bummer!). It wasn't busy and we were seated right away. The waitress was on the surly side, and not very helpful in discussing the menu. I ordered the steak tips, and emphasized that they Please be served medium rare (asked several times). The rest of the crew ordered Udon bowl and Bibimbap, and a few sandwiches. The steak tips were well done, and I passed on complaining, as the rest of my party was eating and I didn't want to upset them with the delay. The Bibimbap was lackluster, as was the Udon bowl. The guys liked their sandwiches. So, I guess it wasn't terrible, but it certainly was mediocre. The service was awful. We ordered drinks and we were never asked about seconds, which loses $$ for the restaurant.
