C&G Pizza is a casual, family owned restaurant located in the heart of New England in Sanbornville, NH. We have been serving tasty, affordable pizza, calzones & subs since 1990.
Although their pizzas are very good, getting them to answer their phone is a different story! We were to have friends over this evening so to save time we decided to order two specialty pizzas from C & G. I called from work so that they'd be ready when I got there. I called 7 times and nobody picked up! This has occurred before so I gave up and stopped at the new Market Basket in Rochester, NH. It was the right move. They waited on me cheerfully and, for the same price! The crust was equally good and the toppings much better. They pulled the veggies off the shelves to make exactly what I wanted. I will use them again and depend less on C & G for my needs.

My husband and I stayed at the Wakefield Inn and had dinner that evening at the restaurant. I had the pistachio-crumb crusted haddock, with lemon aloi sauce, my husband had prime rib. Both dishes were sizable and delicious! Our waiter was the chef's husband and the atmosphere, with the jazz band playing and the fireplace lit, was very cozy, romantic and comfortable.

Great pizza with choice of crusts. We also had their parmigianas one night: one egg plant, one chicken - also great.

Went there twice, first time we grabbed a pizza and fries, not bad, not great, but okay, battered fries are not my thing and pizza was pretty much average. Stopped back by on a Saturday with a Restuarant cm coupon, attitude suddenly abounded, they did not like honoring them, obviously, and I got that instantly, I left and went to another pizza place down the street. We ive just down the road from here, but we won't be back

Real NY Style thin crust pizza and old style Sicillian pizza. Home made Eggplant Meatballs Dough and lasagna. In the winter Home made soups give it a try I promise you won't be disappointed.
I currently live in Keene, NH. I grew up in NJ where every pizzeria would take pride in making their own dough, sauce and use fresh ingredients and toppings. Nothing beats a home made pie. I've lived in NH for 6 years and nothing came close to a good old hand tossed NY style pie until I accidently pulled into the Plaza where Anthony's is located. I grabbed a couple slices and was blown away. It brought me back to NJ instantly. In 6 years, I have tried pies from dozens of local Pizzerias around the state. Nothing compares to Anthony's. I only wish they were located closer to where I live. When I work close to Wolfeboro, I call the wife to let her know I'm bringing home a couple pies for dinner. Anthony's does a half bake where they half cook the pie and I finish it off when I get home since I'm over 2hrs away. It comes out perfect every time. I'm not knocking other local Pizzerias, but when you use pre-made dough and sauce, a true pizza condesour knows the difference. It's a shame and a disappointment to read a couple of the negative reviews. Realizing where the people writing the reviews were located, out of town, we all know they don't know a good pie if it was dropped on their heads. It's too thin? Are you serious? That's the guy who thinks DiGiorno is their local pizzeria because it was in the freezer section at the grocery store in town.I also had their lasagna last time I stopped by for lunch. Amazing! Their menu options are fantastic. If Anthony's were in Keene, I'd be proud to call it not only the best Pizza in town, but the best Italian Restaurant too. That's what is undervalued at Anthony's. Their Italian pasta dishes. Looking forward to my next business trip to Wolfeboro to try their Sicilian!Thank you for the great review. Like you said down south of New England we are a dime a dozen. But as soon as you leave Connecticut Greek pizza is the dominant Pizza. Thanks again see you soon.. Mark

I've ordered take out pizza, wings and sandwiches numerous times from Wolfgangs. The food is always good, and the pizza is the best in town. Staff is courteous and attentive to the customer. Ordered two large pizzas last week to go, turnaround was about 13 minutes.

Not fast but great food in an elegant and intimate setting. Portions very European - the emphasis is on taste and presentation. My steak was very delicious and cooked exactly how I ordered it - medium. My wedge salad was small but very well-crafted. Accompanying friends were all happy with their choices. Prices are high but appropriate for the delivered quality. Service can be stretched if too many show up at the same time. But if you have time, go and enjoy a great culinary experience.

We've had lunch here twice. The pizza and salads are excellent. I didn't have anything else, so I cannot recommend. Servers were friendly and accommodating.
