Stopped for Pizza and fries, in a big hurry so didn;t want a sit down and this was on our way, wish we had known about this years ago, definitely better pizza than we have been getting in the area, New York style thin crust, very tasty pizza sauce, good value. Picnic tables outside, small dining room inside, neat and clean, although ambiance isn't the strong suit here.

American Pie Pizza & Pub

American Pie and Pizza is a new business to the college-anchored village of Plymouth, New Hampshire and occupies space once used by a former pizza shop. American Pie, the new iteration, is much more than a pizza shop. It is a wonderful restaurant hidden within space formerly used as a more traditional pizza shop.Last evening I was in Plymouth on business and followed a friend's advice and sought dinner at a local pub. Unfortunately, it is graduation week and the wait was over an hour. I drifted back up Main Street and noticed there was one table open at American Pie. I am glad I did.I had a Chicken Parmesan that was delightfully prepared, proportioned well and had a wonderful taste. The greens in my salad were sparklingly fresh and the homemade dessert, a apple/crumb/sour cream pie was simply exciting. Our server was a charming woman and the owner even came out and asked how we enjoyed dinner. Nice, homey touch and very nice people that make the dining experience all the more enjoyable. In a college town where fast, fast food seems to be the order of the day, the well crafted menu at American Pie is a true treasure. Give it a try and don't wait until another restaurant is crowded like I did, enjoy it as your first choice: it is now mine.

Manny's Downtown Pizza

This is college town pizza. You know the type...basic dough, soggy crust, cheap cheese. I've been here a few times and the place just seems disorganized. Dirty tables, several lights burned out, worn furnishings, poorly trained staff. If this place makes money then the owner isn't investing any back into the business. I don't want to think what's happening in the kitchen. There are much better pizza choices in the area. Skip this one.

Went for Dinner with my husband, we both ordered the Pasta with Bordelaise Sauce. Wonderful taste. The Freshly Baked Bread is always good as are their salads. Both are included with you meal. Nice atmosphere. Prices very reasonable. Open for lunch on Weekends Only at 11:00 on Saturday and Sunday. Parking is always an issue. There is some parking if you go down the road a bit.

Craving Pizza so we stopped by and ordered a Large Pepperoni & Mushroom Pizza,Pizza was Very Good, plenty of toppings and they are not skimpy with the cheese.Staff is friendly and all work hard. They do deliver locally. Prices are reasonable. We also like their Hot Italian Grinders. Good local spot, in the small plaza just after George's Seafood.

After a great day of riding at waterville with my son we were looking for something a little different than typical waterville valley fare. This local spot had been on my list so we took the trip down to Plymouth. Super happy with our decision. Great snowboard/ski vibe, cool decor, friendly bar staff, price was rigtt & they brew their own beer (1776 brewery)!! What more could u ask for. We had the Tuscan wood fired pizza, which was fantastic, along with a sampler flight of beers, also very good. Great conversation with the bartender as well. She said tge the apple bacon maple pizza was her fav after skiing. Was a risky choice for us so we went more traditional with a Tuscan. Only complaint is I wish it was a bit closer, but it is well worth the trip and great way to end the day if heading back from one of the local surrounding mountain. A new new fav spot in the whites that maintains a strong local feel & vibe. We will be back and highly recommend.
