We went here for lunch the food was delicious. The guacamole was so good just the right flavor. The Cadillac Margaritas were large and delicious. The shrimp tacos were flavorful with mushrooms and green onion. My husband had the beef tacos and daughter in law the chicken they thoroughly enjoyed them. My son enjoyed a pork burrito. I would highly recommend!

This is a self service restaurant and not too big on ambiance, however they are consistently good, the counter service is friendly and professional and the food is quite good. Food is usual suspects; taco, burritos, quesadillas etc. They serve the food with your choice of green or red sauce thats very good. The restaurant is fairly small (the old Albees on Amherst St) its directly across the street from Manchester District Court. Some on street parking outside, and a parking garage within a block.

Mexican Grill & Restaurant - "Best Mexican Food In Manchester, hands down!" Offering Lunch and Dinner, daily lunch specials, authentic Mexican cuisine, great combination dinners
So we stopped by for dinner last night. This was our 1st visit. The place in in a plaza that is a tad bit seedy but the inside of this place has a great vibe. The decorations are great, the seats are comfortable and the service was excellent. The complimentary chips and salsa were very good. The chips were warm, not too salty and not too greasy. The salsa was very fresh. We tried the spinach queso and it was by far my least favorite I have ever tried. It was way too runny, it was dripping all over the place and they cooked the spinach in some sort of smoky seasoning - so it had a very strong smoked flavor. Not my bag - but may others might like it. I had the mole chicken dish. It was ok - it was basically shredded chicken with the sauce poured over it. On the plate was also rice and a small salad topped with sour cream. The lettuce was fresh and had just been washed. I know this because my plate was watery. The rice in particular was very watery due to the lettuce. I overheard the guy behind me ordering his plate and specifically asked that the salad be put in a bowl so I'm wondering if this is a thing with them. We also tried the fried ice cream - meh.... It was made with corn flakes. It was ok but I have had much better. Not quite a crunchy as I was hoping. The best part of the visit was the tequila menu - you can pick the level (type) of tequila you want in your drink and there are many options - that was nice. Sadly, this place did not make a big enough impression on us to want to go back.

Following the success of T-BONES, the first Cactus Jack's opened in 1995 in Manchester. In 2007, the Laconia location became New Hampshire's first dual casual dining concept - with both Cactus Jack's and T-BONES - on Lake Winnipesaukee. While it keeps up
cannot complain about the foodcoke was good .....i say this because on many occasions the coke was flat and had to request another coke from a different fountain......what beats me is that every time that we were there, we always received the flat coke first?the food is always good ( except for fried clams .... way too salty)we had Erick as our server....he needs training....we feel that he had no training.we had to go to bar for refills.....he threw the plates on our table....never returned to check on us, even though we saw him roaming around....and the worst thing was when we asked for doggy bags.....he tossed all our food in one container and mixed different food together.....not even fit for a dog.Hello Manseekingfood (great name by the way), We appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and will make sure it is used as a coaching opportunity for our staff. Thank you.
