Even on a busy Saturday night, during peak season, at six PM the staff quickly arranged to accommodate our party of seven. The location was perfect for the itinerary of our trip. All of the staff that we interacted with were wonderful and kind. The food was delicious, as were the drinks, and very reasonably priced too. The kids menu was fantastic with many options including lots of fruits and veggies. We were so happy that we chose this restaurant and found a coupon in a New Hampshire restaurant guide.

Wow, who knew you could get such high quality authentic Mexican, or tex mex food in the White Mountain region. Honestly the food was excellent and far exceeded our expectations. Steak and chicken fajitas were delicious. Probably the best salsa I have ever had. The place is small and can get crazy busy, but after the 30 minute wait we were very happy we ate there. Will definitely return next time we are in the area.

New restaurant in No. Conway serving authentic Mexican food with good prices and large servings.
We loved Fiesta Jalisco so much that we returned the following night. The food is great and tastes just like in Mexico. The portions are huge and the prices are on the cheap side. They have a huge selection of all the familiar Mexican dishes and we were not disappointed with any dish.Speaking Spanish definitely helps as some of the waiters' English is very basic. No complaints other than that. Will surely return when we are around

The food was good... Atmosphere was lacking as was one other thing... Quantity. I am not a large eater but for $10+ for a bowl I would expect to not be hungry afterwards. Seven of us (5 kids) are and all but one were still hungry.
