Cheap and fast. The people who work there are friendly and always smiling. You have to get in pretty early in the day and experience the food. If you are looking for late night eats, your taste buds will not thank you...

We went to Kogetsu expecting it to be average and we were pleasantly surprised. The sushi and sashimi was fresh and well-made, the Chinese food (chicken with broccoli) was delicious, and the service was friendly. And we sat at a table overlooking a beautiful waterfall in the back of the restaurant.

So I wanted some general tso/gau chicken . This place actually serves it correctly with several pieces of broccoli on the side. The hot and sour soup was ok and the crab Rangoon's were alright.

This used to be a great restaurant, and they still have great food, but recently they put in a pool table in what used to be part of the dining room. The bar used to be separated by a wall, but the wall came down for the pool table and they didn't put in a new wall to block it off from the dining room.This doesn't seem to be a problem at lunch, but in the evening, the local drunks play pool and use obscene language to enhance their playing experience. Definitely not a family restaurant in the evening.
