Convenient downtown location in Keene, NH. Good hip vibe. Their burritos are large ! The steak burrito sauce tops it off.

The booth arrangement in a slightly darkened room is a bit inviting. The service was prompt and pleasant. Salsa too thin but nicely spicy. The enchilada mix of meat and of chicken had the otrilla under heated, the meat (esp the chicken) somewhat metalic in taste. Frijoles were bland. Rice OK but a bit dry. I am sorry but despite a very extensive menu basics need to be well done.

The tacos were ok but my food was cold as were some others at my table. One person' s meal was steaming. I said I didn't like hot food meaning spicy so i guess they thought I meant cold food. It was too spicy. I couldn't eat it. It was $85 for lunch for 5. Wasn't impressed with what we got for that. Won't return. We're really sorry for any disappointment designer1_13! We certainly never intended to let you, or anyone else down. It sounds a little bit like someone ordered a fajita, which is served sizzling and steaming in order to be enjoyed hot and fresh. We're more than happy to accommodate your requests as they pertain to any type of seasoning or spice, and we're sorry if we misunderstood. We hope you were able to alert your server or a manager about it while you were visiting, as we are always willing to make things right if necessary.
