We agree with a previous reviewer--the owners are incredibly nice people. They run a very clean restaurant. My companion developed her preference for the puffy-style crust pizzas of New York City and its suburbs years ago. She pronounced the pizza here quite ordinary. The crust appeared to be premade, not hand-tossed. The bread was rather flat. The toppings and sauce were unremarkable. This was not a bad pizza, but considering that there are at least a dozen pizza restaurants within five miles of this one, we decided to keep trying to find something in this area more like the New York style that companion prefers.Naji's does offer some limited choices of Middle Eastern foods, and with advance notice of a day or two, even more choices. There are no Middle Eastern restaurants in this particular area. If the owners ever decided to offer stuffed cabbage, grape leaves, and the meat and spinach pies as part of the regular menu, they would enjoy a monopoly extending at least 10 miles. But they have evidently decided to concentrate on pizza and Italian-style foods, which so many other nearby competitors offer. Oh, well, whatever works for them.

Thanks to other reviews on TripAdvisor we looked for the Wilton House of Pizza (WHOP) when we last went to the Wilton Town Hall Theater, and we were very impressed. The food is terrific and they are very customer oriented. We'll be back.

A unique combination of Greek, Italian and American cuisine in a cozy country setting.
One of the best restaurants in the area. Food is excellent and reasonably priced, Service is outstanding. Has recently been tastefully remolded and expanded. Has a local small town feel with food and service that you would expect from a a much larger establishment that features fine dining in a metropolitan area. If your in the area, this restaurant should be on the top of the list
Nothing fancy but fresh food and friendly service. Stopped in for lunch going through this town, lots of customers, reasonable food. We had turkey club and veggie wrap sandwiches, both were great. Restaurant is very clean, easy to find located just off town center.

Picked up a Buffalo Chicken Calzone today for lunch with my girlfriend. She orders from Pizza Top regularly.I got a $5 off coupon from Restaurant.com and thought I'd surprise her!I enjoyed the calzone. It was cooked well, had a good kick to it, and the marinara we got on the side was interesting too...had a sort of smokey flavor to it. Not sure how their pizza tastes with it, but the calzone was yummy.

The pizza is very good, but the pasta and fried dinners are, as well. Homemade soups in the winter are scrumptious - love the chicken and wild rice! Plus, if you time it right, you can get homemade cookies! (My favorites are the butterscotch chip!)

When we were standing at the counter the (very young) counter person was saying how she is "only there for the paycheck." And it shows. We went to the furthest section of the dining area to sit and wait for our pizza. We had planned on dining in. The two open large tables that would have accommodated the pizza and our plates/silverware were filthy. The small tables were too small to fit a pizza plus eating utensils. So we went to sit in the middle section of the restaurant, even though it had been marked as "closed." There was no one cleaning it and no visible reason why it was closed. Three other couples were occupying booths in the "closed" section. Soon, the same hired help that commented on her job went around the closed section telling people they couldn't sit there. She argued with an older woman when the woman told her she could not fit in the other seats and that the seats in the middle section are the only ones comfortable enough for her. When the help got around to us, my husband inquired why the middle section was closed. Answer: because they wanted to be able to close down sooner rather than later! This was at 7:45 pm on a Friday night. The restaurant is open until 10 pm! And it was only at that moment did the help offer to clean the filthy tables in the back part of the place. Shouldn't that already have been done, regardless of and before complaints start occurring? After arguing with my husband for a while, he decided he wanted a refund. She then said "we could stay." My husband's response was "not after all this hassle." We ended up getting our money back and leaving. We went to another restaurant and the service blew away Milano's--it was such a glaring difference. I'm so disappointed because I've always liked Milano's food. However, this is the second time in a row I've received poor service and that's enough for us to stop going and telling all our friends/family to not bother, either. This is not the Milano's I grew up with.

We had a late lunch on Mother's Day, and surprisingly we didn't have to wait too long, even with no reservation. Our server was friendly and efficient, in spite of how busy the restaurant was. My daughter-in-law had the two lobster special which she said was very good. The salads were very fresh and tasty. I had the prime rib, also a special for the day. I specifically asked if they had medium rare available, and was assured they did. I was disappointed because the meat was more medium to medium-well. I would not have ordered prime rib if I had known. In spite of that we had an enjoyable time.

We travel to this part of the country every year, and for the past several years, we have gotten pizza from here. The Milford special is really good, and we order it every time.
