First impression is of homey wood and brick decor, immediately followed by outstanding warmth and efficiency of the staff. Dani, our server, was the most efficient, swift, accommodating person youll ever find. All with a genuine smile. The food is outstanding. I had the Aspargus panzanella salad, followed by the most succulent scallop and shrimp dish, perfectly cooked. Everything served piping hot. My husband is very fussy and a bit critical. He loved everything. The Creme brulee with fresh berries and a bit of homemade whipped cream, was the perfect ending. A huge plus was the fact that, even with the restaurant being almost full, we conversed in a soft tone of voice. It was such a pleasure , not to be disturbed by noisey crowds of diners. The spacing of the seating was excellent. Noone is crowded. And then, the owner, Michael, spoke with us, happy to learn how pleased we were with every aspect of our experience. It was onky supposed to be a quick dinner, then back to our hotel, but it turned into an unforgettable delicious, and friendly, warm dinner. I highly recommend the Firefly.Hi MenaM,Thank you very much for your review, and for your feedback regarding our homey atmosphere, efficient service, and outstanding food. Weâd absolutely love to have you and your husband visit again whenever youâre back in town!Until next time,Rachael, Manager

Our group from New York State were staying in Concord to take in some of the political primary "show." Of course, that mean a pilgrimage to the Red Arrow Diner, frequented by so many hand-shaking politicians. Well, there were none there when we visited it, but we had a wonderful breakfast. Our waitress was superlative, I almost made it all the way through my gigantic, delicious Farmer's Omelette. And.... I sat in the booth with the Paul Newman [was here] plaque!

Truly a Manchester iconic eatery for many years and was always the "Go Too" venue in town for consistent comfort food BUT, as many generational restaurants seem to become, they have taken for granted their regulars, who are many elderly residents, and neglected the quality of both product and preparation in recent years, resulting in diners of habit rather than quality. I have been less impressed with each visit over the last couple years. Fried clams freshly fried but rubbery, overcooked scallops, tough lamb and a decling quality of their famous chicken tenders. Yesterday we went with friends and my wife and friend split tenders and a salad - the tenders were dry. My friend had the shepard's pie special and it was dry and I had a half & half fish chowder which looked and tasted like it was a "clean-out-the fridge" concoction, basically inedible, and the chicken salad sandwich half was average. Everyone agreed that the only plus of the meal was the french fries and the service. There are way too many finer eateries in the area to take their clientele and reputation for granted. We will never be back, and we live just a mile away, unless it's for a funeral reception.

What a treat! Sushi menu, Tapas menu or â regularâ, this is certainly part of the current Manchester Scene. I imagine the attractions include their extensive drink menu as well.We opted for Tapas. We were not disappointed. Beginning with a Keelisee Martini and A Sake Martini we had a very nice Roasted Mushroom Salad. The Calamari And Scallops, And Poke excellent, but the Sweet and Spicy Pork Belly was other worldly. What an amazing dish. The flavors, crispness and ample pork portions had us oohing and shaking our heads in foodie heaven. Tâwas a meal to remember!

We stopped in for dinner before a show. My vegatable priavera with blackened salmon was excellent. The serving size was large. Nicely seasoned and cooked to perfection. The service was excellent. Nice and clean. The lighting was a bit dim but not bad. Parking is on the street or parking garage that is a block away. Prices are reasonable. This place gets very busy if a show at the Palace starts at 7:30 leave some extra time. I would definately return.

Recently the two of us celebrated a birthday Dinner at the Chop House. Out server Marin was exceptional. The food and service were five star.. Everyone from the valet, hostess , server and buss staff all knew their job and executed it flawlessly. The pan seared scallops appetizer was delicious. My martini had the most outstanding blue cheese stuffed olives. Our filets were cooked and seasoned to perfection. Tender and flavorful. The seasonal vegetable medley taste was way above the traditional boiled squash , zucchini and corn offering. The garlic mashed was very good. The portions were just right. We wrapped up with the Cream Brûlée. A flavorful classic. The piano player was very good and we throughly enjoyed his selections. Yes a bit more on the cost side but they earn it , especially for a special occasion. We will be back.

Not a same old - same old. Vegetarian lovers will be pleased with farm like fresh choices. Their meat and poultry loving companions get equal billing with locally sourced fare. Top off your meal with nice wines and/or expressos, all making for a uniquely good dining experience with a Mediterranean flair.

Hidden local gem, located right in downtown Goffstown. Excellent, friendly, attentive staff. Fun atmosphere. They frequently have live bands. The food is excellent, with most of the items being fresh and made in house. My favorite are the soups and burgers. A wide variety of items are offered on the menu. Great sized portions. Excellent value for the money.Thank you for taking the time to write a review. We appreciate your comments and your business.
