Find out what American restaurants to try in Derry. Derry is a town in Rockingham County, New Hampshire, United States. The population was 33,109 at the 2010 census. Although it is a town and not a city, Derry is the fourth most-populous community in the state. The town's nickname, "Spacetown", derives from the fact that Derry is the birthplace of Alan Shepard, the first astronaut from the United States in space. Derry was also for a time the home of the poet Robert Frost and his family.

For a while we would switch around to various breakfast restaurants, but have now made Talia's our go-to Sunday morning place! There is always great food and creative selections. You can find vegetarian and gluten free options. The owner sets the tone with her cheery enthusiasm, and makes you feel welcomed and special! Even when there is a wait, you can pass the time with a cup of coffee from a number of choices - regular, decaf and several flavored options.

I brought my daughter here for breakfast. First thing I noticed was how immaculately clean and welcoming this restaurant is. I enjoyed a meat lovers omelet with perfectly grilled English muffins. My daughter had the breakfast quesadilla which she thoroughly enjoyed. Our waitress was very cheerful and accommodating. Will definitely return to try other breakfast items and lunch.

I go there usually when I have breakfast out. The food is good and priced fairly. The staff is always friendly and attentive.

Off the beaten path, but worth the drive over. Nostalgic and comfortable with a unique gift shop. A good place to eat, shop and be...
I've been here for both breakfast and lunch several times and always look forward to going back. It is out of the way but there is a reason that people find their way here. It's a little country gift shop with a great restaurant. I wanted to say it is nothing special, just regular food, but that wouldn't be right. There is something about breakfast or a sandwich that makes this place stand out. It's special. Prices are low and quality is high and my wife loves to browse the attached gift shop with many locally made items. There is a walking / bicycle rail trail nearby so you can make a day of it. Take a ride and give it a try, you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the short rib, chicken nachos, chicken fingers (kids and adults) and goat cheese dip. The bakes stuffed shrimp was just ok. Service was excellent and the drinks were nicely prepared. This restaurant definitely puts in an extra effort to make everything special..... we ended with the brownie sundae and it was great!

The food there is decent, your average fried seafood. The customer service is terrible. The guy that works the counter and answers the phone is so bad at his job. He has insulted my wife and children many times and this last time is just that. THE LAST TIME. We won't set foot in this place again. Buyer be ware

Cask and Vine offers craft beer and wine lovers a place to sit in a casual atmosphere and enjoy a glass of their favorite craft beer or small production wine without the noise and atmosphere of your average sports bar or pub scene. Small cheeses, chocolat
This is a fairly small place in downtown Derry with an interesting variety of beer and wine on tap. The staff is knowledgeable about all the offerings. We tried a couple of different beers in small pours of 5 oz. A full pour was around $10.50 a glass and not sure about the wine. We only had appetizers which were good. Would go back for drinks and possibly dinner in the future.

When you just have to have diner food, Mary Ann's is the place to go. It's decorated like the quintessential American diner, and the menu is really great. We usually opt for the usual eggs, toast, home fries, and either bacon or sausage. But you can get healthier fare if you want to. When election season rolls around, you'll often see a lot of famous politicians pop in to greet the diners, which is sort of fun. Just be aware that the parking can be an issue. But it's still worth a trip.

In 1984, local owners teamed up to open the first T-BONES Great American Eatery in Salem. Its success led to four more locations over the next two decades - Hudson, Bedford, Derry, and Laconia. More than 25 years later, guests still love the casual, famil
This is mostly a steak and burgers kind of place. The sample appetizer is very average but the burgers are pretty good. I would say Tbones is in between average and very good. Service was pretty slow. Our order took 30-40 minutes to come out after it was ordered. Friendly though. No military discount. The clam chowder was pretty good. The burgers are around 14.00 which is a little steep. Decent size and flavor. It deserves a good, not very good. Hello David, Thanks fo much for the review. We do offer 25% off for active military and veterans every Tuesday for your entire party up to six. Hope to have you in again soon!
