Muddy Moose is best called a "family friendly" fast-food (the death knell to quality) burger bar. Like so much American food, quantity far surpassed quality. The buffalo burgers were just about OK, onion rings inedible. The place has a nice atmosphere, but a bit frantic (because its so busy). In NC for a few days, so I know it was always busy !? But it is cheap. Their business model works. Just not for me. Given a 2 because the server was good. Otherwise less.

We ate here at the end of September on a Monday night. There were plenty of tables available. We chose the roast cauliflower, mozzarella salad and a charcuterie selection. The food was fantastic and we felt very chilled and relaxed as we ate listening to a great choice of background music.

I gave this place an average rating, but that is because I can be a tough when rating restaurants. First the positives. This is a fun place. It is comfortable. The tables are not crammed on top of each other, even though there are plenty of customers. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The draft beer is delicious. I will return. Now the negatives. The barbecue was nothing special. I ordered the brisket, which was average. The portion size is too generous. Bigger is not always better.

Small eclectic cafe offering local ingredients. Something for everyone!
I had breakfast here twice on my recent visit to North Conway. This quirky little restaurant, up a very steep flight of stairs, is a must do if you were in town. The restaurant knows what it does and does it well. There was a standard breakfast menu and some great specials. The Decour is quirky, but fun. The service is great. We really enjoyed the lobster Benedict and the omelettes. Try the special sausages they are delicious!

We arrived about 9:30 on a Sunday morning and they were busy. We had about a ten-minute wait before being seated. There were so many luscious sounding items on the menu. My wife struggled between the traditional Eggs Benedict and Florentine and Irish versions. I wrestled with several omelets and biscuits and gravy. I ordered the Biscuits and Gravy and my wife chose the traditional Eggs Benedict. The food arrived quickly and without incident and was amazing. My eggs were perfect with no crackle around the edges, the home-made gravy was among the best Iâve ever had. The home fries were cooked thoroughly and very tasty. My wifeâs eggs were perfect. Gordon Ramsey would have said they had the perfect ooze when cut into. The Hollandaise sauce was smooth and tasty. The perfect complement to the eggs. The check arrived with perfect timing. All-in-all it was one of the best breakfast experiences ever and certainly the best in several months.

Opening in December 2013, we have climbed from number 68 of 68 restaurants to number 16 in 2 years! Now at number 3, we try hard to please, and if we did, we thank you, and if we didn't, call owner operator Danielle Jones at the restaurant and she will he
We had dinner there tonight while on vacation with our kids. Service was great! Food was great! They had some blocks the kids could play with to keep them busy while we waited for our food which came out very promptly. I would highly recommend for familyâs.

Spectacular mountain views are offered in Ledges Restaurant and serves breakfast daily from 7 am to 10 am Monday through Saturday and 7 am to 9 am on Sunday. Serving dinner daily from 5:30 to 9 pm. Specialties include nightly specials, Friday Night Seafoo
My husband and I ate there recently on a Friday night for the seafood fest. The service was nicely paced. The food was delicious. Price was on the high side but you get what you pay for. We would return if in the area. One note on the service: It was nicely paced but bordered on slow. We both ordered another glass of wine when our entrees arrived. The server left and then returned in a bit to tell us that we might want to consider just ordering a bottle of wine instead of the glasses because the price wasn't much different and if we didn't drink it all, we could take it with us. She disappeared again. By the time she came back with the bottle of wine, we were done eating and didn't want the wine. So she was a little too slow.Thank you for taking the time to review. I am pleased that you enjoyed your dining experience and the Friday Night Seafood Fest. I am very sorry for the slow service. We provide ourselves in providing excellent service to our guests and I am sorry if this did not occur. I can assure you this was isolated, and I have forwarded this to our team. Any time we are in the area we make sure to do a meal at May's! It is home comfort food for us and we are never disappointed with the food or service. We do find their portions to be large so we go more for lunch time as we eat smaller meals for dinner. In fact sometimes after having lunch at May's we only 'snack' for dinner! If you go when it is warm enough to sit out on the back patio it is a breathtaking spot to sit and eat especially in the early fall with the colors in the mountains. I usually go back and forth between the Sampler App and the Meatloaf dinner - both are very very good. There are other things on the menu I keep telling myself I should try but when it comes time to order I always go back to one of these two.
