Wonderful staff and accommodations couldn't have been better! The cottages are wonderful little homes away from home. Beautifully appointed, cozy and clean. Absolutely loved ours and didn't want to leave! Highly recommend!

The Kittery Inn and Suites is an all-new boutique hotel near downtown Portsmouth New Hampshire, Premier Kittery Outlet Shopping, and York Beaches. Located in Kittery, Maine, this retro-motel is tucked away in a pine grove and has been recently restored to keep the rustic charm of the original cluster of 30 cabins, suites and rooms, but with all the modern style and upgraded amenities corporate and leisure guests appreciate. Amenities include new HD TVs, new bedding package, breakfast, super-fast internet, and a new outdoor pool.
Very well kept motel, clean, good bed, quiet despite being so close to Rt 1, nice staff, easy access. The main office is also the breakfast room - you must take your food and eat it in your room. Overall, a good stay. While I would happily stay again, I thought the price was a bit high - probably due to the lack of satisfactory competition in the area-.

Private cottages in peaceful country location close to beaches and local attractions. Built in typical New England "guest cottage" style, each unit is individual and has a full bath. Each cottage is fitted with cable TV, air-conditioning, fridge and coffee maker. Efficiency cottage include separate bedrooms and kitchens. Grills, picnic tables, and pool are available for guests' use.
We visited in late May, staying in pet friendly cottage #1. Hathaway’s has been under new ownership since early this year and has undergone recent renovations/upgrades. We were given a warm welcome by Michelle, one of the owners. The cottages are scattered among the wooded, multi-acre property and are set back from Old Post Road. A quiet setting, nicely landscaped, with plenty of space between the fully furnished cottages. Everything in our unit was clean and appeared fairly new: kitchen appliances, furnishings, and bathroom fixtures. Nicer than we expected for pet-friendly. Will definitely return!

It was our 30th anniversary. The goal, to remember why we fell in love. Not hard to do in this absolutely charming home. So very clean and well kept. We were greeted with flowers and smiles from Paul and Mary. Though we only stayed 2 nights, we were able to see and do so much thanks to the perfect location.

Why book a room when you can book a house? Private two or three bedroom newly remodeled homes with central air, sleeps six, barbeque grills, on site tennis, basketball, putting green, indoor pool, community room, workout area, Wi-Fi Service, and more. Close to Mashpee Commons, New Seabury,Popponesset Inn and great restaurants.
Christmas week of 2021 was at least our fourth stay at Holiday Estates in Mashpee. We love the area because each unit (50 to 70 perhaps) is situated on about 1/3 acre so there is no nose from doors slamming, loud footsteps, voices, tv/radio etc. unless it is your party. We enjoy the 2 bath, 2 bedroom units with a full kitchen, living room and sitting room. We could probably accommodate about 8 sleepers comfortably in this unit and the others that we have stayed in. The last couple of times (Nov and Dec) we have watched 30 to 70 wild turkeys fly into the trees at night and fly out of the trees every morning. Truly a unique and enjoyable bit of nature that we look forward to in this area. We are about 10 minutes from Falmouth and 20 minutes from Hyannis and less than 2.5 miles from the South Cape Beach. We love this area and will be back. The only issue that we had was that housekeeping failed to clean the oven after spraying it, so I had to wipe it down with wet paper towels before heating any food up. All else was fine.

Cabin and Vacation Home Rentals Hidden Away in a Rural Enclave in the Heart of Lynchburg just 10 minutes to Downtown, Liberty University, Lynchburg University, and Historic Virginian Culture. Lynchburg is located in the Central Virginia Region at the Foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and close to the Historic James River Sparkling Waters
We stayed in cottage 11 for five nights this months and absolutely loved how quaint it was. There were beautiful flower boxes, cute lighting all around and assigned parking next to your cottage. The beds were extremely comfortable and clean. Our little kitchen was adorable with a cute dining table, a stove, sink, refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom was very clean with a large vanity, plush towels and a bonus changing room. There was plenty of light in the cottage to make it feel airy and bright. If you are looking for a more natural visit to Wolfeboro, this is the way to go. The cottage gave us the privacy we desired with a clean private barbecue available and picnic table and two Adirondack chairs to seating. Close by was a fire pit with several chairs and was a great place to relax after a long day and talk to other guests. Bikes were available for a close ride on the Cotton Trail and kayaks for the lake. If you are looking for a plush hotel this is not it. It is exactly how a cottage should look. Everything in Wolfeboro was within walking distance if you wanted to walk and not take the car out. Best part of the experience is the availability of the owner and his staff by cellphone, text and email to answer all your questions at anytime. They make you feel like family.

I rented both a short term and long term efficiency and apartment from this company and Trahan apartments (affiliates). When I moved into the apartment it took me 2 months to get the stench of urine out of the carpet. I've had my property stolen by management who lived in my building. And, upon my departure they kept my entire deposit for nail holes and carpet cleaning and had the audacity to ask for more. These people are unprofessional, liars, thieves, and slumlords. Save yourself the hassle, even on a weekend rental, and find one of the many reputable, honest rental companies in Old Orchard Beach.

Convenient location to restaurants and stores. All units have AC and full kitchen or kitchenette. White Cap Village is located in a quiet residential area adjacent to the Old Orchard Beach. I enjoyed my neat room, clean bedding and towels and right on the beach, walking distance to pier and restaurants. I enjoyed the beach and the water. Didn’t have to drag My chair because it’s so close to the water. I will be going back again before the summer is over!
