We were booked as a family of 5 to travel to this hotel for 1 week and unfortunately due to illness in our family were unable to travel and just wanted to say a big thank you to Grace Lazaro in reservations for assisting us with many questions with our stay and for being so understanding with our situation. Thanks Grace! We really appreciate the great attitude from you and the hotel. We will be back as soon as possible. From James.

This hotel is great. Great location, Great rooms, Smiling staff. BUT: 1. No dinner buffet (which is supposed to be a must for this hotel) and we were informed when we sat at a table for dinner. Reason being not enough guests (less than 30). 2. A la carte menu was quite poor and the cooked oysters where poorly prepared and presented. 3. No free water bottles supplied (although written announced to promote Hilton membership). 4. Free upgrade (according to availability, obviously, was not prepared. I had to ask and staff has had to call to validate if they could). First time I arrive to a Hilton membership hotel and staff does not welcome me as a Hilton Diamond member§ 5. At check out, staff presented me the bills charging me the 2 rooms at the deluxe price, having "forgotten" the free upgrade which finally they had agreed to give us! Around 15 minutes to correct the bill. it looks that the hotel just reopened with beginners staff! This hotel is under Hilton group since March 2021. Clearly, the staff is lacking of training on how to treat Hilton Honors members. It is a real pity because this hotel has an exceptional location and high quality bungalows. Staff js nice and smiling, which is very pleasant, but one can expect more than that and receive the service we pay for (and not more).

Enjoy our unique South Pacific island location at the base of the Deva Domain with its hills and valleys facing the translucent blue waters and UNESCO World Heritage barrier reef. Located 90 minutes north of Tontouta International Airport with direct access to 13 kms of white sand beach plus endless hiking, biking and horseback riding trails, we are an ideal choice for business retreats or to share memorable moments with family or someone special in this unique part of New Caledonia.
'I returned there at the invitation of a couple of friends passing through the region. We had dinner together at the restaurant which offered an all-you-can-eat buffet. One can legitimately be surprised that for a hotel that claims 5 stars, there is so little choice. Let’s judge: the starters came down to shrimps, sashimi, cold mussels, a tabbouleh salad, common cold meats (two different sliced sausages) and that's it! A total of 6 hot dishes of any kind without any search for creativity or even extravagance: we stay on the platform of the station of the taste journey while watching the train of surpassing oneself, the desire to do better, to do more go away. It's a shame, the setting and the architecture are so exceptional!

The lodge proposes in 20 hectare park planted with hundreds of palm trees and other species of trees 13 rooms or suites proposed in the form of 6 mini comfortable villas offering each the possibility to rent a room of 35 m2 for 2 + 1 persons or a suite of 65 m2 with Kitchen area, lounge and office for 2 to 5 persons. Chamber and suite were conceived to constitute a comfortable set which can receive up to 8 persons. An additional suite was specially studied to welcome handicapped persons. Prices : 11000 FCFP pour une chambre, 22 000 FCFP pour une suite avec jacuzzi prive, 32 000 FCFP pour une mini villa complete (chambre + suite)
This place exceeded expectations. The lodge is spacious, we got the suite with the jacuzzi and on a winter night it was absolutely a highlight. Super clean, lush, and spacious it was better value albeit very remote compared to the nearby Sheraton deva. I would return here, there’s also a nightly dining option which makes uses of the property’s vegetables and fruits, and changes nightly. Wasn’t too expensive either and a nice reprieve from the not so many choices around the area. There’s also a kitchenette with a cooktop so that would definitely be an option if wanting to make the most of the lodge. Horses and dogs abound, the property is immaculately kept.

Thoughtful amenities include verdantly landscaped grounds, direct lagoon access, three on-site restaurants and a coffee shop, a 24-hour fitness center, a sparkling outdoor pool and an inviting spa.
This is a good hotel and I would have given it 4 stars but found that In house dining was quite expensive .There are not many dining options close to the hotel (you have to walk into town. They have a small a la carte restaurant, but it is not open every night so sometimes the only option is the sea food buffet which costs about AUD $120 per person !! Also I found that the Air con was not very good and ,and although we complained not much was done .Also we were told that they would give us a room with a sea view the view was blocked by trees ! The pool is good and so is the included Breakfast .

I’ve forgotten my backpack at the hotel lobby hotel when checking out. As soon as I realized that, I’ve contacted the receptionist to ask for help. She enthusiastically found my backpack and informed me that she would send it to me by Viettel delivery. Luckily, I’ve received it after about 1 week. I really appreciate her help and hotel service. Thank you so much Ramanda!

At first all was OK, we checked in at about 3pm and the room was as expected. Later that night around 7-8pm we went to have showers and there was NO hot water at all. I called reception with my broken French and the girl immediately seemed to know what I was on about, almost like they knew this was a problem before… they offered to move us to another room which was beside the road, we had NO choice but to accept this room, and yes it was extremely noisy! I looked online and noticed there were still family and double rooms available for the same night, no clue why they didn’t provide one of these rooms to us given the hot water was their problem not ours. Overall a really disappointing experience I thought Tieti would be a better experience but it wasn’t. Management you need to lift your game and do something better if your customers experience issues in your hotel!
