Find out what Sushi restaurants to try in Sparks. Along the Truckee River in the tranquil Truckee Meadow is fast-growing Sparks, Nevada, Reno's less flamboyant neighbor to the east. Although home to only one high rise casino, Sparks offers visitors other pleasures with live festivals and events in open air venues, a lively farmers' market, a multiplex theater and less pricey accommodations than its high-rolling neighbor. Its proximity to both Reno's casinos and Lake Tahoe makes Sparks a perfect destination for a Northern Nevada Vacation.

Another great experience at this restaurant @ The Grand Sierra Resort. Once again the wife and I ordered the all you can eat sushi. Great service at a very reasonable price. Very fresh and flavorful.

Choose from a selection of over 50 types of nigiri and maki sushi. Complement your choices with any one of eight brands of premium sake, plum wines or an assortment of domestic and Imported beers. Located adjacent to the Oyster Bar on the smoke-free, scen
Went with family here and was. Extremely happy we did. Downing a major Reno street it offers quality food in a calm setting outside the casino. All you can eat. Here means very high quality fish served by experienced. Staff. And skillful chefs. Prices are surprisingly fair and the quality and variety are high. Since we love fish it works well fir us. The area of the actual sushi bar is small do try to go during the week and after prime hours unless you want to have a few sakis first

The service is always excellent and is only surpassed by the quality of the food. Our favorite seating is at the bar because it's entertaining watching the talented chefs hand-craft each roll and you can ask for specialty items like "extra pepper powder" or "more lemon slices". Last night we had some family in town so we made reservations for a table for 7 people. We started with some appetizers of mussels, calamari rings, edamame, and goyza with hot sauce. The apps arrived quickly and were piping hot. The server took our drink orders as we filled out our order sheets for our rolls. I asked for my favorite, "Tha Wingman" which is served with the rounds laid flat and topped with a deep-fried jalapeno slice. I ordered it with pepper powder and it came dusted with just enough. We enjoyed many different rolls and because all 7 people had AYCE, we shared a couple pieces with everyone, just to try all the various flavors. Four of the people from our party had never been to Tha Joint and after eating our fill... they could not stop raving about how fresh and amazing everything tasted. We'll definitely be back!

Great all you can eat sushi!!!!!!!!
Wasn't sure what to expect - but it was an interesting place. First Sushi restaurant I have ever been in where many of the signs were in both English and Spanish. Casual and filled with families with kids - I was surprised. Prices are very good, California roll was $6. All you can eat sushi at lunch is $16 and $23 for dinner. Seemed like most of the people were enjoying the all you can eat menu. Noise level pretty high.

We took 5 people to dinner here and ordered 5 main dishes to share between us (and soup for all and an appetizer). The first hint of problems to come was that we ordered a Kendall Jackson Cabernet (at a very reasonable price) and the waiter brought a Kendall Jackson Chardonnay. He didn't show me the bottle before he opened it, so I didn't realize that it was the wrong wine until he started pouring it. I said that we would not accept it and the waiter was insistent that I had ordered the Chardonnay (we never order other than red in restaurants). I insisted that they change it, and they did. Of the 5 main dishes that we ordered, one didn't appear at the table until the others were almost cold and we were almost through eating.
