Reviewed By sanya0909I wish I could give this place a 10 star, mainly because of the staff. My father, my husband and I had a very comfortable stay at this place. The staff is very helpful and efficient. Food is delicious. I would recommend this Hotel to anyone visiting Neral. P.S. please DO NOT book with OYO ( your booking will not show with the Hotel). As OYO is very unprofessional. Please Book directly with the Hotel to have a hassle free stay.

Average Resort, needs upgrade and customer hospitality
Reviewed By Ambarish DAs a part of yearly annual meet, me and my family members decided to spend weekend here. Property road is pathetic, normal sedan and hatchback cars struggles a lot to go in there, road needs to made at least, property is recently taken over from old owner, hence lot of things are old fashioned, even gate is also broken state, no security, no proper parking sign, worst part we experienced is dinner (at the day when we checked in) so called owner went to nearby place to get some things for our dinner (menu was already finalized when we booked resort way earlier) still they were no prepared. Rest of things such as rooms, swimming pool, dinning area, recreation area is average. Few of the things are broken. Over all average place to stay, not recommended for family for sure

Reviewed By Batul MWorst worst restaurant.... I won't even give 1 star to this hotel... We went there with whole family and a patient with us.. but it's manager was not only mannerless but also very very rude... We waited for almost 2 n half hours but we dint even get ours order what we had paid for.... Manager used very low category language and also abused n came to hit all this in broad daylight when it's restaurant was full... Plzzz don't ever go to this restaurant with family...
