We went here in the evening because we had heard from someone at work that the food was fabulous. They we right! Not only was the food great, but so is the service and the prices. We will recommend this to everyone!
Find your nearby Taco Bell at 1402 Omaha Avenue in Norfolk. We're serving all your favorite menu items, from classic burritos and tacos, to new favorites like the $5 Double Stacked Tacos Box, Crunchwrap Supreme, Fiesta Taco Salad, and Chalupa Supreme. So
Try the "half & half" drink which is 1/2 tea and 1/2 lemonade. It is the BEST! Much better than the bottled versions in any convenience store. The food is hot and ready quickly. Our order is consistently prepared, so it is nice to know your order will taste the same as the last time your ordered that item. We like the burrito supreme, taco salads, and nachos in particular. Occasionally, if you do a special order, it will not be as you had ordered. (that's the only reason for 4 of 5 stars)Drive-thru staff are just as friendly as the staff inside.
If your looking for a very good, non chain mexican restaurant with good food. Tucasa is a very good choice. They have excellent service, good food and margariates that are hand made everytime. No mix garbage.Prices are typical of most Mexican restaurants, moderate pricing.

Waited 40 min to be greeted and when the waitress finally realized she had a table... Mind you we were the only table there. She laughed with her co workers about it and still took 10 minutes to actually come over and get our order. Besides the totally unprofessional staff, the food is good.

Average food, not authentic, seemingly from a can. Clean and nice staff. I probably wouldn't visit again. Thanks for visiting. Ricardo's has been serving delicious Mexican food for over 40 years. We carefully prepare our original recipes every day, as well as shredding massive amounts of cheddar cheese and frying our own taco shells and chips. A few cans do get opened along the way, but only as ingredients to something better!

Visiting friends on a Monday when lots of venues are closed and happened on this family establishment behind the laundromat on Norfolk ave. Cheerful staff and a gracious owner who introduced himself and wanted to know where we were from. Wall mounted menu with logical Mexican entrees. Burritos were huge. Negra Modelo with a lime was a great accompaniment. Spanish cartoons entertaining the kids doing their homework. Lots of Hispanic clientele. Clean, very reasonably priced. Weâll be back at our next visit

My husband and I stopped for happy hour and had margaritas and free bean dip. We also added some of their homemade guacamole. All of it was delicious and the service was great! Definitely glad we stopped!

This place serves tasty, authentic Mexican food. I would recommend it. The burrito contained tender pork and was smothered with a delicious cheese sauce. The refried beans were good and the chips and salsa were excellent. The margaritas were also delicious. Expect a strip-mall location with casual seating. The location has a bar and many big screen TVs playing sports. My wife found a shrimp in her vegetarian fajitas. The server explained that was because all food is cooked together on a large grill. So allergy suffers be aware. Service is fine.
