Visited Single Barrel for the second time and was blown away by both the food and the staff!!Our server was Paige.. can not rave enough about her. Not only was she attentive and professional, but went the extra mile to accommodate our menu changes. Also, a shout out to John the barkeep for recommending a fab bourbon to a newbie (me) and rushing out additional beverages when needed. We both substituted ribeyes for the butter toasted NY strip (upcharge) and it was oh, so worth it. Definitely a gem in Lincoln!

I am almost a vegetarian, so if I ate my steak, that's a real compliment. It was cooked to perfection. Party of 10 and no one had a complaint. Great service too.

The Famous Daves location in Lincoln is one of their top of the line establishments. The building was soecifically designed for this franchise and has a cozy north woods atmosphere including log walls, a moosehead above a massive fireplace, fishing gear, cozy booths and wooden tables. There is a bar area separate from the large main dining room and a smaller dining room. The bar serves the full menu and has open seating. The menu is what you would expect: ribs, rib tips, country roasted or Bar-be-cue chicken, pulled pork, burgers, catfishfingers, 4 kinds of wings, a cedar roasted salmon, salads and sandwiches with various meats and more. Sides include potato salad, coleslaw, fries, garlic mashed potatoes, brochelli, beans, wild rice soup, chili and more. There are a variety of appetizers. We especially like the salmon spread. There is something for everyone, but the best part is the quality. The ribs are meaty and not tough. The fried foods are cooked to perfection, not over or under done. The chicken is moist. The wings are crisp and flavored as described. The wild rice soup is a unique offering for Nebraskans and apparently well received as it stays on the menu. A variety of specialty drinks and tap beers are offered.Dont be put iff by the chain affiliation. This is one restaurant to visit whether you are a return customer or new.

My friend and I really enjoyed our trip to Parkerâs steakhouse. I had the Rueben and she had the french dip, both were excellent! My friend had the mashed potatoes and gravy which she thought were also very good and I had a salad which was good (not excellent), I just donât like large pieces of lettuce. I am anxious to return there and try something else!
