The food was delicious had the lamb for appetizer and catch of the day!The prices reflect the quality and are still a bargain compared to high end restaurants in Canada. White table cloths fine dishware enhance dining experience not to mention open to the stars dining on beach . Wooden deck to protect you from sand critters.Each night features a different type entertainment starts at around 7.This is a special out of the way quiet place for those special dinners. Anniversary, Birthday s, or for couples who want a quiet place to enjoy a special meal away from the huge crowds and loud music. The staff is attentive and eager to please. Enjoyed many dinners and entertainment during my stay.During day the beach club has tables and chairs on beach front and one can order snacks all day long. Happy hour 2 for 1 from 4 to 6 PM daily.Recommend the nachos enough to feed a family. Tacos great too!

One of our favorite places in La Cruz is the Tree House Bar. Located on the top of Octopus's Garden, the Tree House is the destination for good food, great music and fun times. The proprietors, Alfredo and Mary Chuy welcome their guests personally and the staff is wonderful. On a given night, you can order from the large menu or have one of the nightly specials. Tuesday is Burrito Night, featuring the Lucido Burrito. Wednesday and Fridays offer BBQ Ribs specials. The food is prepared with care and portions are generous. Live music abounds at the Tree House Bar, especially during High Season. The variety of musical acts brings real enjoyment, if you are a lover of all types of music. You can definitely hear something you will enjoy. When in La Cruz, check them out. You won't be sorry.

We visited the Barchelata Beer Bar twice during our last trip to Bucerias. You won't find friendlier service anywhere - the staff was joking and laughing with us the whole time. Our food didn't disappoint, either. I loved my chicken fajitas and the pepper sauce they serve on the side is homemade and wonderful. My only wish is that it was hotter/spicier but we were told that it used to be and customers kept asking to have them tone it down. Oh well. We'll be back on the next trip!

We called in after 3 years recently for a few daytime ice cold beers. Sat in the courtyard in the sunshine. Nice laid back bar,plenty of room & the barman was chatty enough as he busied himself around the place. Clean & tidy,food available & plenty of tv screens but the sports shown (hockey & baseball) were of no interest to us.When we return to Bucerias-we'll be back in again & may eat next time too.

Spent a few nights here on our trip , always good entertainment , friendly funny staff , and one of the only smokehouses around , smoked ribs were wonderful.We were fortunate enough to get tickets for a benefit they put on for the local food bank , with the girl power band , it ass a great day .. certainly o e of the highlights of our trip , and as a Canadian , made us feel really good that the Canadian owners were giving back to the people of this great little town !!!! Make this a must do on your trip here for sure !!!

We've been visiting La Cruz for 10 years now. I believe this restaurant is under New management. (But I could be wrong) They are open for Breakfast and Lunch only. Super friendly staff.!! It's located right at the entrance to La Cruz Marina, and just steps from La Cruz Town Square. We came out of the "Sunday Market" at the marina, Very hot day. Saw their sign "Margaritas 2 for 99 pesos. (approx. $2.50 each) Great deal. Next day we came in for Breakfast. It was awesome and VERY reasonably priced. Most of the staff were Family and very friendly and helpful. Looking forward to coming here First, again on our next visit.

I’ve visited Coco’s a few times before as it’s a great place to watch live sports. So this time I was visiting to play some pool, they have 2 pool tables now which is great I think they are the only ones in town. If you want a break from pool they also have table football. As I have experienced here before we were quickly served by the helpful and friendly staff. However our usual order of wings would be somewhat different this time. Nallely the owner told us of her new chef Gabriel and the new menu. We decided to order a few different things. We got the tuna cappachio, shrimp tempura and the mini burgers/ slider. We had the lamb, crab and beef. (See attached photos).We weren’t disappointed. Tuna was excellent it had a fresh herb crust and been seared, that plate didn’t last long. Next we had the tempura the soy based sauce with this was great I could have just drink a cup full of it. Then we ordered the sliders, as a lamb lover this was my favorite but the crab was a close second. I will be going to Sayulita next week and I will definitely be going back for more. I’m looking forward to seeing what Gabriel comes up with next time I’m hoping for a few specials.
