This is a beautiful and romantic location. That alone would be enough for me to come back again to the restaurant. The food, however, was absolutely beautiful. Full of flavor and deliciousness. Wait staff is attentive but not intrusive. I was able to try some ingredient ( huitlocoche) that I had always wanted to try. We had dinner the other nite at Vidantaâs Azul, but this put the French restaurant on campus to shame as far as the quality and tastiness of the food. We had cocktails, salad, dinner and dessert with a bottle of wine for $75 including tip. I plan to come back in November with my family. Just a great spot with excellent food. Donât hesitate to try this place!Thank you for your kind review, we are glad to know you enjoyed our Huitlacoche, we will continue offering fair prices and excellent service on this great location, we will try to keep operating as long we can on this low season but we will see you in November for sure!

We at here for dinner in March at sunset. We originally went to Karen's Place but they were fully booked and they actually recommended Sukha. We asked to sit on the beach and there were no spots so they just brought a table down for us. Service was almost too over the top as one waiter would ask us for drinks then another would come down and ask the same thing.I thought the prices were very reasonable for being on the beach, just over 200 pesos per meal. We had the Chile Relleno with Marlin and Chicken Fajitas and they were both very good. The Fajitas were enough to feed two people for sure so if you wanted to share a meal you could. I thought it was good value and would go back.

After sampling many tacos, burritos, shrimp and Mani-Mani in various forms, it was nice to get a great hamburger! Comfortable seating under a palapa, great, friendly service and very reasonable. They also have other choices on the menu, but almost everyone was chowing down on the burgers.

Service started out very slow for our group, possibly because we were seated in the back. I tried the Mahi in wasabi butter for $250. It was overcooked and came with a mound of ordinary white rice and a few veggies cooked in butter. Under whelming for any price, but at that price it should have been remarkable. My partner had a salad and it was good. The music was pleasant, the beer was cold and the service picked up, but I expect more in a dish for that price in an area bursting with outstanding restaurants.

We visit this restaurant every time we get to Bucerias, but this is the first time under the new owners. We were pleased to discover that they have not missed a beat; the food and service continue to be outstanding. Favorite of our group this year was the Thai yellow curry with chicken.
