The Hotel Nikko Narita stands only a 10-minute courtesy Bus ride away from the Narita International Airport. Hotel Nikko Narita provides spacious rooms that allow the relaxation which business and leisure travelers need. Free WiFi is equipped with all guest rooms. In fact the entire hotel is geared toward your convenience. The professional staff are more than attentive offering warm hospitality and accommodations.
Booked this one to spend a day in Narita. A bus brought me to this hotel within few minutes. Check-in did not accept USD and directed me to a converter machine from where I got JPY. Paid for the night and got keys. Headed towards my room and figuring out the floor of my room, elevator etc. was not difficult. The hotel was silent with bare minimum staff visible. Room was good - clean, comfy, all amenities working ..all-in-all very good per the japanese standards. Due to Covid restrictions some things/services were off but that is absolutely understandable.

A 5-minute walk from Keisei-Narita station and a 10-minute train ride from Narita Airport, the modern Richmond Hotel features rooms with free Wi-Fi,an LCD satellite TV. Free shuttles to/from the airport are available. (The shuttle bus can not be booked in advance. If you would like to take the shuttle bus, please let us know upon check in or during staying.)
We stayed one night here before boarding a flight home from Narita. Note that due to COVID, they have cut down their service and would only provide shuttle service to the airport, and not from there so check their website before you book. But even without the shuttle, the hotel is located at a walking distance from Keisei Narita East station so if you travel light, staying here is still a good option. They have a restaurant on site, otherwise there are plenty of restaurants across the street and Aeon Town is just a 10-min walk away. If you have more time however, grilled eel is a famous local specialty here and it is worth trying it in the quaint restaurant Kawatoyo, around 15-miin walk away. Note that they open until late in the afternoon but is closed in the evening. Second time I stayed in a Richmond Hotel. Good brand, both times I had clean and comfortable room. This one offers a better value than other bigger name chains near the airport.

The hotel was pretty good and up to the high stanrd I expect for Japan. It was clean and well maintained. Experienced a earthquake while I was there the hotel felt very safe. There was a shuttle service directly from the airport it takes awhile going there because there is a maze of one way roads around the hotel. The restaurant downstairs had good Japanese fare for the weary traveler and a few shops for general goods and souvenirs. Used to dealing with foreigners the staff spoke excellent english. They put out a baby crib for us at no extra charge.

Sleeping pods (capsules) are at two levels - crawl in at floor level or climb up to second level (small ladder). Capsule has mattress, doona/duvet/quilt, wi-fi, and adjustable light. You can sit up comfortably inside capsule. Retractable curtain covers the entrance to capsule. So you have to be very quiet so neighbours aren’t disturbed, and snoring can be an issue (yours or others). Hotel divided into two sections - men only and women only. Reception hands you a bag containing towels and robe. Door from reception opens to locker room. Lockers are good size - can fit the largest suitcase, and more. Leave your shoes in locker and use slippers. Then head to shower/toilet area or capsule-bed area. No eating or drinking in capsule-bed area. No lounge area. Hotel connected to Terminal Two by two walkways (underground near train station entrance, or overpass at level two). Terminal Two has 24hr convenience store and a Yoshinoya, and usual shops and restaurants open during business hours. Connecting passageway to Terminal 3 from Terminal 2, or Shuttle bus to Terminal 1 every ten minutes (takes 7 minutes).

HOTEL MYSTAYS PREMIER Narita is located right next to Narita Interchange of Higashi-Kanto Expressway, 10 minutes by car from Narita International Airport, a location full of international flair and our gateway to the world. Relaxing spaces are secured in each guest room, featuring windows fitted with soundproofing, while we welcome you with our meticulous service at the pool, or the tennis court, sauna with bath tub and a fully equipped exercise room.
I have stayed at several hotels around NRT and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. Some of the best things about this hotel was having a convenience store in the lobby area, having a smoking room which is becoming very rare nowadays, loved the public bath with a large relaxing bath tub, and I could open windows in the room. As far as I remember, windows were locked to close in many hotels in the area, however, I was able to get fresh air in the room and that was fantastic. My rate included breakfast, it was just average, there is another hotel in the area who provides better buffet breakfast. If breakfast was not included, I would not be bothered. The reception staff who checked me in was on her training. She was fresh, innocent, trying to show her best of ability. I wish her all the best in her future career! Overall, I very much enjoyed my stay and if I get a good price again, I will come back!

Garden Hotel, not your usual Hilton or Sheraton but equivalent great customer service teams. I am a frequent traveller and had stayed in various top hotels over the world but I would like to mention that this Garden Hotel is as good as your Hilton or Sheraton. The room may not be your posh designed room but they are very comfortable. The rooms are neat and tidy, good housekeeeping. Toilet amenities are available for your use during your stay. Efficient check in staff , special mention to Mr SHERBA who proactively assisted me with my grocery delivery to the hotel and also his capable team of colleagues. There is also a 7-11 convenient store at the lobby hotel. The hotel do provides free shuttle service to the nearby Aeon shopping mall. If you are on budget and yet wants reasonably pleasant stay, this is the hotel to choose be it a business or family leisure stay.

Restricted to the hotel due to COVID measures, the staff were terrific, so welcoming. The room was generous in size and spotlessly clean and comfortable . The hotel restaurant was great. The wagyu steak was a highlight and was cooked perfectly. There are some shops including a 7/11 inside the hotel. Buffet breakfast included and was extensive and one of the best omelettes I’ve ever had. A very relaxing and pleasant stay after a long days travel. See you again soon!

Hotel/Premises: The hotel is not newly renovated (reminded me of 80s or early 90s). It is a multistorey building with multiple rooms on each floor. Check-in and check-out was fast and the reception was friendly. Room: The room was of outdated style but clean. It is pretty tiny, but was OK for 2 adults with a suitcase. The room didn’t have microwave or mini fridge but had an electric kettle with free tea. Wi-Fi was good. Had USB plugs. Bathroom: Outdated as well, but clean. It has one of those Japanese-style toilets (with self-washing properties). Also came with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, free tooth brush and hair brush. Location/Public Transportation: Hotel is located right next to Narita railway station (100m). So, if you are not taking advantage of the free shuttle bus to Narita, you can take the train (one stop). The shuttle bus take you to and from Narita. The shuttle bus stops at bus stop 16 by the south wing of arrivals. Very easy to find. Upon exiting to arrivals hall you can find informations machine and look up the location. The shuttle bus drivers have offer great customer service. Sevel-Eleven is located down the street (80 meters) and there are other dining places around.

We only stayed 1 night in this Hotel but we found this Hotel is very comfortable. Only about 10 mins from Narita via Keisei Narita. Please take West Exit of Keisei Narita station and turn left. The Hotel is across the street. Too bad we arrived quite late at night and did not have a chance to stroll around the Hotel. The check in was quick. The room size was adequate for us (2 adults and 1 kid plus 3 luggage) and it was clean. But the bathroom was small though. The breakfast was good with Japanese/Western menu. I would recommend this Hotel

Rooms are outdated, carpets are stained. Walls have ugly marks on them. Bathrooms and tvs belong in the 80's. Staff are not very friendly. I've been at other hotels with language barriers and much friendlier and helpful staff.
