We decided to it a try thanks to good reviews on TA. Place is small, very plain and not very appealing to sit at but they make good pizzas. They come in three sizes piccola (small), standard and maxi. And standard is already quite large. Pizza bufala was a good choice - hot, straight from the oven. Bottled beer available on site.

After our day at the beach we decided to eat at the chiosco. They have some really nice sandwiches that you need to try. You can choose different meats and ingredients,in the evening it is very crowded so itâs recommended to go there in the early evening hours. Enjoy!

Forget the over-priced restaurants on Gallipoliâs high street. This place provides excellent food and beer. Great for families and great value for money. When you want to eat well without draining your wallet, go here! Staff extremely friendly. The food is SO tasty! We returned the next evening. Opens at 7:30pm . Great for tourists who eat earlier than Italian and have small children. Highly recommended. Loved the chocolate souffle. Drool!

Trovato e scelto per caso, è un piccolo locale nella piazza ztl di Santa Caterina. Parcheggio intorno alla piazza agevole, nonostante sia agosto. Tavoli in piazza senza barriere, scalino all'entrata. Due ottime indian pale ale alla spina, mezzo litro d'acqua e un whiskey davvero delizioso. Da mangiare, un toast senza lode ma buono, una ottima pitta e una serie di stuzzichini, alcuni eccellenti come i lampascioni, i pomodori e le melenzane, poi le zucchine buone e i peperoni, freddi da frigo, non troppo saporiti. Pane non eccellente. 34 euro tutto sommato ben spesi. Da segnalare la buona scelta di gin.

Interessante novità sulla costa ionica salentina: un posto diverso dal solito, uno "space Food Truck" in cui poter godere di un tramonto eccezionale (è praticamente a ridosso del mare!!) lontani dalla calca dei grandi centri. Buonissimo l'aperitivo (toast, pucce e fritturine di tanti tipi). Bellissima la musica selezionata, molto cordiale e attento il personale, ci torneremo di sicuro!
