Romantic Naples, two hours south of Rome, is the largest city in southern Italy. It has some of the world's best opera and theater houses and is often called an open-air museum, due to its many historic statues and monuments. Join families on the promenade as the sun sets on the Bay of Naples. View finds from Pompeii and Herculaneum, destroyed by Mount Vesuvius in 79 A.D., at the Museo Archeologico Nazionale or revel in the art and architecture of Museo Cappella Sansevero, built in the late 1500s.

Located in the heart of Naples, this little boutique hotel has just three rooms. All the rooms are absolutely gorgeously decorated, and very big especially for European hotel rooms. We just loved everything about this hotel. The daily included breakfast was delicious. Thank you Alessandra! The service was impeccable. Sonja, the manager, patiently answered my many questions via WhatsApp starting months before our arrival and then during our stay, recommending everything from restaurants to arranging sightseeing tours.. When we arrived on the first night very late because of flight delays, there was someone waiting for us at midnight upon our arrival. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. And the location was perfect - right in the heart of Naples city center within walking distance to everything. We would highly recommend this place and will definitely return the next time we visit Naples!

Super clean, friendly and cozy place with an ideal location: Walking distance from the historical centre and 10-15 minutes away from "Pizza Street" where there are lots of bars and restaurants. It is located on a busy shopping street which made me feel a lot safer walking home late at night (as opposed to a hotel that is located on a dark and off-the-beaten track street). (It is about a 30 minute walk from the train station, so if you have lots of luggage book a taxi though) Our room was very cozy (the blue room in the pictures) with an amazing bath/shower and bathroom with beautiful blue tiles, a nice flat screen TV with Italian channels to practice your Italian :) and a balcony so you can look out on the street, as the locals do. The room was super quiet even though it was next to a busy street, and because the entire place has an "apartment-like" feel (even though you have your own private bathroom), you felt like you were coming home at the end of a long day of exploring this amazing city! The best part of our stay was hands-down the breakfast: You write the owner the evening before and tell him what you want for breakfast (cappuccino, orange juice, espresso, sfogliatelle, and the best chocolate cake I've ever eaten in my life!) and he brings you your breakfast on a tray right to your door - talk about customer service! The owner Pierfederico is so friendly and does everything possible to make sure your stay is comfortable. Thanks Pierfederico and see you next time!

We booked two rooms. The place s on the fifth floor of an old building on piazza Garibaldi. Excellent location, by the train station, metro, buses, taxis, and close to the historical centre. A very polite hostess was waiting for us, and even though we arrived early in the morning, we could get one room and leave our luggage. The rooms were clean, spacious, especially room 504, both with a view to an inner yard. An old elevator took us up. There was a very handy vending machine for water and treats. We also used the pc to print our boarding passes. Will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The apartment/hotel room was very comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was excellent and was served on a very pretty terrace. Ida answered all of my questions promptly. BB Casamatta worked out very well for our family of 4.

My Wife & I have just spent a FANTASTIC 9 day stay at this accommodation after a 6 day M/bike trip to Naples from North Wales,22 days all told. The room was clean & well appointed.Gerardo, the concierge was there to meet us & was a fantastic cheerful person despite not really understanding English,he DID manage to convey to us that there was a secure garage 50 yards down the road that we could put our bike in for the duration of our stay.Alfredo, the Manager was a GREAT guy also who understood a little English & was a good laugh,NOTHING was too much trouble for them, cheerful & helpful above & beyond. The room was equipped with fridge, electric cooker, microwave,Italian coffee maker & breakfast foods were supplied & replaced as necessary, also enough for a basic meal in the evening. We would have NO PROBLEMS staying at this accommodation again if we were in Naples. There is a lift.

The 7th Floor is a different, visual and sensory experience. Our guests are the heart of our project and it is to them that we decided to devote our energies to make their stay comfortable and unforgettable. The rooms are refined and with a decisive character. All the main means of transportation are one minute from the hotel, with trips that take 10 minutes to reach the historic center.
I had to go to Naples for 2 days to work and the 7th Floor Suite accommodation was perfect, covering all of the essentials for a working trip, and very conveniently located and close to the metro. Lidia and Gabriele are lovely people and so friendly and helpful. They solved every possible doubt.

This is a very well located and stylish accommodation with excellent access to the main attraction and shops. Breakfast is served downstairs in a very good cafe, for lunch and dinner you are spoiled with plenty of choice in the surrounding area. The owner provide good tips to enhance our Naples experience.

Room was ok. Noisy. No reception staff on desk mostly, people looking to report issues and nobody there. Not very welcoming, don’t seem to want tourists there or in the town as a whole would not stay again or ever recommend.
