We offer 5 self-catering cottages ranging from twin rooms to a family unit. The cottages are located within 100m (300 feet) from the beach and a leisurely 2-3 minute walk to the center of town.
A little paradise called Jetty
Reviewed By sambamhawleyWe had the best honeymoon ever. Our unit was a nice spacious one bedroom unit upstairs, with the most spectacular view from our bedroom and living area. A cozy balcony that you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee or a cozy sundowner. We we're privileged to be able to bring our little brown nose Yorkie with us. The owners are so helpfull and kind. We most definitely had the best 5 days in Swakopmund and to put the cherry on top, our stay was amazing. Thank you

A Great Place to Stay after the Namib Desert
Reviewed By Michael SCamping on the hard - No Dust or Sand! Absolutely Wonderful ! Great facilities, clean and lots of hot water. There is also a laundry which was most appreciated. Staff were great and more then helpful.

Our accommodation consists of five self-catering chalets and three separate rooms, each with its own shower/bath, toilet, and washbasin. All chalets are equipped with either built-in or portable barbecues. The chalets have a clear view of both the awesome Auas mountain range and a game camp with various game species. Centrally situated between the chalets, a pool and a Lapa with built-in barbecue render a perfect place to relax and enjoy the great view of the duck pond, Seeis River and Kapp’s dam. The chalets are surrounded by a lush green lawn with huge trees as well as smaller palms and other indigenous flora. Our latest addition to an already outstanding establishment is a high-quality venue hall, with kitchen facilities and a fully licensed bar, that can accommodate up to 250 people for any conceivable function, in breathtaking surroundings. These amenities, along with services such as free wifi, make for top-class conferencing facilities.

Reviewed By supervisor2022It was my first time and best ever. i really liked the room very romantic, outside the best ever very friendly service and good service. i traveled a lout around Windhoek but Eden Chalets the best. the weather made it more romantic. the river opposite so nice, the ducklings opposite our room gosh it was really beautiful everything was togetherness.

Offering comfort and a warm African taste. We are located at almost the center district, not far from Katutura where all the happenings. Closer to Health facilities i.e Katutura Hospital, Rhino Park Private Neatness and value for your money is our strength. Come and experience a warm African Welcome!

Good rest stop for family
Reviewed By LeonhardNamTrip was a family event, rooms we got were very clean and cozy. reception on arrival was very friendly and helpful. Shops, fuel stations and restaurants in close proximity of the venue. There is also a small zoo which the kids enjoyed!

Rustikales Cottage direkt an der Lagune
Reviewed By anjanueWir waren im November 2018 für 2 Nächte im Flamingo Cottage no 12 und haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Cottage liegt sehr nah am Wasser und von der Terrasse hinterm Haus hat man einen herrlichen Blick -über einen sehr gepflegten Garten hinweg- auf die Lagune mit den vielen Flamingos und anderen Vögeln. Das Cottage ist schon etwas älter und wie uns ein Guide am nächsten Tag berichtete, noch zu einer Zeit errichtet, als es erlaubt war, direkt am Strand zu bauen. Alles war toll renoviert und sehr sauber. Das Cottage ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Selbstversorger benötigt, hat auch sehr schnelles Internet. Den Vermieter kann man für alle Fragen jederzeit prima über WhatsApp erreichen. Seine Reaktionszeit ist phänomenal schnell und er ist sehr hilfsbereit. Allerdings sollte man ihn kurz vor oder bei Ankunft nochmals direkt kontaktieren, damit er auch zur Schlüsselübergabe kommt, da es beim Cottage keine Rezeption o.ä. gibt. Das Cottage ist mit einer Alarmanlage ausgestattet, die man sich gut erklären lassen sollte (wir haben nachts den Alarm ausgelöst, weil wir außen -und aus Nichtkenntnis auch innen- scharf geschaltet haben). Dann fühlt man sich sehr sicher dort. Alles in allem können wir das Cottage sehr empfehlen. Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!!

The Midgard Train Station is conveniently located within the Midgard Country Estate gardens and within a short walking distance of the main lodge where the hotel's dining room, bar, lounge, TV Room, boma and various outdoor terraces, pools, etc. are located. All activities incl. the 4x4 Experience of the main lodge are open to our train station guests as well.
incompetent wedding planning
Reviewed By elsbezWe planned a wedding 5 months in advance. We pay 75 % in advance. This include the hall, reception, food and the rooms. When we arrived our rooms were rented out and no one knows about us. We should have move in at 2pm and only got rooms at 11pm. The rooms were self-catering and in the new rooms we may not have food or drinks...so 26 people has no where to prepare their food for the entire weekend. Nearest town is 70km away. No option there.... The reception hall was not prepared or cleaned. We should have started at 8am with the decorations, we started at 11am. The food should have been there at 6pm, it was an hour late. Management was in such a hurry to take the food to their homes at 9pm. Some of the guests have not even eaten yet, at N$600 per person. We did not get value for our money.... or any service... Because of them the wedding stop at 10o'clock. No food no bar nothing....not even a happy wedding...party
