I had dinner with a friend here and ordered the 2 piece fish and chips. The meal arrived quickly. The meal had two massive pieces of delicately battered fish. It was awesome!! The best fish and chips around. Fresh cut fries and homemade tartar sauce. You have to try them!!

When travelling to Nakusp we always make sure we stop for a dinner at Karl's Woodfire restaurant. We have been coming here for years. Our meal was very good as always but we did find that the pork schnitzel was a little overcooked this time which is very unusual because we've never had any complaints. Luckily it was covered in mushrooms and this helped soften the meat, but my husband had to cut off a piece as it was too tough to eat. It still tasted very good as always, but we were a little disappointed that the meat was overcooked. The salad and spaetzel and black forest cake were delicious as always. The service was great. I'm sure we'll return again as this was a rare occurrence for us.

Hotel, Restaurant, Liquor Store and winter heli skiing destination located on the main street in beautiful Nakusp BC located on the shores of the Arrow Lakes
We stayed at the k2 motor lodge and went to this restaurant for a snack for dinner and breakfast the next morning.
The dining atmosphere was wonderful. I love the rustic, industrial look and the different Seating arrangements. Furthermore, the food was good and the waitress nice.
Our breakfast the next morning was good as well; however, our waitress neglected us a bit by forgetting to bring the syrup or refilling the coffee.
Otherwise I would have given it 5stars.
If you are ever in Nakusp, this is really worth the try.

Great Burgers, Fries And Shakes!!
So, we were staying at Nakusp Hot Springs and got take-home Chinese one night. Apparently, during the summer tourist season this is a burger joint but during the winter they are open 4:30 = 7:30 for Chinese Takeout. Which worked. Some of the food was quite tasty:
The chicken chow mein was bland and boring, don't order it. The ginger beef was very, very good. Your meals don't come with rice, you have to order it on the side. Which is OK. Support this place - the Chinese is good for a small town and your order will help small town teenagers have a place to work.

We stopped here on our way from our campground to the ferry just to get some snacks for the road and ended up having a delicious lunch. I enjoyed the Pho and my husband had the lunch combo with Chow Mein, Wings and the meatballs. I also tried the Oriental Coleslaw. Everything was fresh, hot and delicious! Great value, service - we'll be back!

We had a light breakfast and coffee here. The coffee (Kicking Horse) was very good and they offered a variety of strengths. The scone and bagel were very good as well. They appear to have a wide selection of teas (although we are not tea drinkers). The restaurant is kind of neat - lots of older items spread around.
The staff was friendly and the service was good.

Popped in while in Nakusp to try one of their burgers. Pretty generic burger but I did like the sautéed onions on it. It was all Sysco product with nothing house made, but for 6 dollars it was decent for fast food. Came out properly prepared with a five minute ticket time.

I ate dinner here with my parents on the outdoor patio. The specials were a Steak Sandwich Philadelphia style and the Penne Primavera. My mom had the steak Sandwich special and I had the pasta special. The meals were delicious! The primavera was prepared with a light butter sauce and loaded with fresh veggies! It was very good! My mom really liked her steak Sandwich special too! Service was fantastic and all around a wonderful meal experience!

Not the best pizza I've ever had, but certainly nothing wrong with it. I found it kind of pricey for what you got, but maybe I'm spoiled for getting almost two pizzas back home for the same price as one from here. Nothing wrong with the food itself, and I wouldn't mind trying some of their other food next time we're in the area. The poutine looked good.
I'm going to include pics of their menu with my submission. Even though prices may change, it'll at least give someone the idea of prices and what they have available. There's nothing more frustrating when travelling and finding no info whatsoever online, of what their prices are and what they offer.
