Huge, Clean and decent wifi connection
Reviewed By Kyd Tantano MThe place is a soi down Mitiraphap road however it is still a bit far off from the Korat city center. Room we had was clean and big. Air-conditioning is working very well. The place is quite and homey. There are parking spaces for those traveling with cars. Overall stay is very good amd i can recommend this place though im not sure if they offer breakfast. But they have complementary at the lobby.

Had potential
Reviewed By Allison HWe love the restaurant at cabbages and condoms in Pattaya. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant, no cook, no coffee shop, and the pool was drained. We arrived hoping to be able to eat dinner, but there was absolutely no food available, so we had to drive about 20-30 minutes away to find a place to eat. The views were beautiful, and the staff were nice, but we wish we were notified that there wouldn't be a pool or restaurant. If we had known, we would have selected a different hotel. I would advise to call before booking to see what amenities will actually be available. Overall, disappointing. If I was sure the pool and restaurant were open, I might consider staying again.

Wonderful and Delightful Getaway
Reviewed By YamsengWhere is the best place to stay in khao Yai? Palazzo Pavone for us and probably for you too. Why? The place is run with alot of warmth. They have the best breakfast naturally made strawberry jam and the best authentic thai food dinner. The owners Khun Ko and wife Khun Friend are most helpful and attentive to your every need. Khun Ko father is the famous artist Prayud Pongdam's son. There is a also a gallery with all beautiful paintings of late Prayud. We all love our stay and am sure you will like yours too. Cheers. Great Value
Reviewed By tomski2001Stayed here on a recent 3 night trip to Nakhon Rachasima. The bungalow had air conditioning and a hot shower. The room was of a good size, clean and well stocked. The grounds are immaculate. The style is supposedly Balinese - I don’t see it myself. The only downside is that the mattress is very hard. It wasn’t as bad as many in southern Thailand which are just an inch of hard rubber (really). The attached restaurant is reasonable but lacking a bit in flavor. Staff were excellent.

A typical example of a funky old Asian style city center hotel
Reviewed By J4939HJmichaelpThis is an interesting property as it is obviously quite old and typical of budget hotels found in city centers. Don't let the facade and funky reception area put you off as it is really a perfectly good budget hotel and perfectly fine for a night's stay. Its also conveniently located in the city center not too far from the bus station. If self-driving, there is ample parking in the rear of the building, although this is not obvious looking at the narrow entranceway. Although my room was small and dated it was actually very clean and comfortable. The hot water, air-conditioning, and refrigerator worked perfectly. The bedding, linen, and towels were good enough. Oddly enough, I found the room to be very cozy, a term I rarely use, and felt very comfortable. I suppose you could say it has a certain (urban) "old world charm". At a walk-in rate of 500 THB, I am tempted to give it four out of five on the TripAdvisor scale, but that might be a bit of a stretch. I would stay here again for sure.

University visit
Reviewed By Len JI was visiting Suranaree University of Technology to attend a seminar. It was suggested that I stay at this hotel. It is a relatively new hotel with good WiFi. The staff are helpful and friendly. The cost of accommodation also included breakfast. You do need transport to travel from the hotel to the University.

Reviewed By teruokonaka現地友人の手配で1泊500バーツ、ダブルスタンダードでした。朝食なし。全館禁煙です。玄関外に灰皿があります。JFは不明ですが、深夜玄関前で喫煙したときに無人だったので多分無いでしょう。シンプルな部屋で、必要最小限度のアメニティーでした。当然歯ブラシもなし。ポットも無く、玄関前に軽食数種、飲み物数種があり、カップラーメン用にポットがあったのでお湯はもらえるでしょう。当然金庫もありませんが、キャビネットの引出しが鍵付だったので代わりにはなるかと。場所は旧バスターミナル（街中の方）からモタサイで３分程度で、ヤーモー像からも徒歩５分位でした。タイで初めてと言える位ベットのマットが硬く翌朝体が痛かったです。玄関前にコイン式洗濯機があって洗濯はできますが乾燥機はありませんでした。レストランもありません。周囲には日本食屋、日本人用カラオケ、唯一と言う位のマッサージ店、名前も”銀座”（大笑･･･が近いです。
