We had breakfast in Ajisai after playing at Huis Ten Bosch. They offer quite a lot of choice for breakfast. The japanese menu was nice but the western menu was not what I expected for a restaurant inside Nikko hotel.

Found this tiny place and at first I was a little hesitant because it was empty. It is a little off the beaten path. BUT Iâm glad we stayed because it was very nice. The food was great- as suggested, we ordered the Derek rice and it was delicious. Kind of like comfort food. I ordered the pizza and that was super good; small, but very legit. Hubs ordered the house wine, which was decent but very young. Like a light Sangiovese. Overall a good vibe and cool spot. Recommend going at least once.
