Myrtle Beach is all at once a spring break destination, golfing destination, retirement community, and family vacation spot. Take in a foot-stomping show at the Carolina Opry, or cheer on your favorite knight at Medieval Times. Mingle with the fishermen of Springmaid Pier, then stop for ice cream along the boardwalk. Shop and dine at one of the area’s many outdoor entertainment complexes, or simply explore the many beaches of the Grand Strand – all with a personality of their own.

We cook the best BBQ at the beach! If you are on vacation, read our reviews and give "the little BBQ restaurant that could" a shot!
We read a lot of the reviews before visiting pop pops bbq. We didnt feel like it was super amazing. The ribs were very fatty, the sauce was good though. My mom disliked eating off of a piece of paper and would have preferred a plate. The sweet tea and potatoe salad was my favorite part. Both were extremely good. Prices are off from the menu and charged prices. Example we ordered a funnel cake and was charged a dollar more than the price on the menu. My sweet tea rang up more than the listed price too. They need to update their menu's prices. Ok for once but we won't make it an annual visit.

Our FABULOUS new location is now OPEN! We welcome all to come and dine with us. We have a new open kitchen and a larger selection of beers, wines and spirits. Come experience our additional specials and our new larger menu. We are very excited to see all of our old and new customers very soon. Blessings from all of us here at sole!
Dinner with wife and friends. The owner came to the table and since it was our first time at Sole he started bragging about his restaurant, He put down every other Italian Restaurant in Myrtle Beach. That clearly turned us off.
The calamari was average and the sauce had not zest to it, The slamon was tasteless and required alot of lemon to the sauce. Veal Saltimboca was good but nothing to write home about. Our toher friend had Chucken Piccata and enjoyed it. The Osso Bucco was fair.
Chow, Luigis Pacinos and Scatoris compare very favorably if not better.

We chose this restaurant because it was the #1 rated Italian Restaurant in Myrtle Beach. We weren't sure how it got that rating. The clams casino had a doughy, rather than crunchy, topping and were bland. The eggplant parmesan was delicious. The grouper florentine was tasty, but served as sauteed grouper with a side of chopped tomato and spinach and didn't have a true forentine sauce. The staff was friendly. We would give the restaurant a second chance, especially to have the eggplant parmesan again and try some other dishes.

Upon checking in with the host, We were advised that there would be a...MoreThank you Sophia, we appreciate the review and hope to see you again soon.

Loved this place! Cute and comfortable, quaint and homey. The tomato caprese salad was delicious. I loved the olive on top. (We had already eaten two pieces when I took the picture...oops.) The stracciatella soup was good and warm. The salad was amazing—the salad dressing made it. The bread and marinara sauce were also excellent. The eggplant parmesan and chicken parmesan were good—not the best we’ve ever had, but we enjoyed them. Our waiter, Ryan, was wonderful! We also loved the accordion player!

Serving Best German Food (with Austrian Twist) on the Grand Strand since over 18Years.... Dishes like: Sauerbraten, Veal Wiener Schnitzel, even Chicken or Pork Schnitzel, Cordon-Bleu, Hungarian Gulash, Jager Schnitzel, Bratwurst, Knackwurst, Weiss-wurst, Osso Bucco, Homemade Soups, Great Sandwiches and Fresh Salads, even Seafood
Loved the authentic schnitzel dishes offered with veal, park, chicken and with add ons. Pretzels and red cabbage terrific as well. Save room for dessert. I am not a dessert person but had to share the Saccer Torte... for chocolate lovers!!! Service very good. Only negative is acoustics. Tables close and many large tables so can be noisy. Still, worth it to enjoy the food.

Have eaten here previously, but it's been awhile...Had a wonderful lunch / breakfast with my wife. I had the traditional breakfast with eggs to order, home fries, bacon and toast, wonderful.. Wife had the BLT sandwich with FF and all were very good. Please was fairly busy and usually is at lunchtime. Delightful place to have breakfast or lunch as no dinner is served. Server was very pleasant and attentive....

Our dinner was amazing and service was excellent. The atmosphere was very pleasant and relaxing. The steak and lobster tail were prepared perfectly along with the side items and salads.
