Experience classical Persian cuisine and authentic fine dining shaped by centuries of culinary artistry. Feel the warmth of Iranian hospitality at Muscats finest Persian restaurant, Shiraz. Outdoor seating available.
I attended a dinner organised as part of a business trip in Shiraz. It was the first time there. Great outdoor setting overlooking the sea, friendly service, good drinks (including wine list) and a very attractive menu. As a group we decided to go for a sharing platter. Starters were nice and the grilled meat and fish very tasty. There was also plenty for vegetarians and the dessert to finish thins off with went down well. Definitely, a place to come back to.Dear AncoM3,Thank you for taking the time to review Shiraz restaurant.I am very happy to hear that our food and beverage offerings and that our service and setting contributed to your experience. We look forward to welcoming you back to the hotel in the near future.Warm Regards,Christophe PerringerardDirector of Food and Beverage
If you like Middle Eastern and especially Egyptian food, look no further. I have been to Egyptian resturants in Europe and elsewhere in the region, but this is real homey food. The molokheya is a dream. The staple dishes - foul, taameya, roz bel laban, and the best of all koshary are all made to perfection. The juices are also yummy, karkadeh and milk with guava. The service is also perfect, wonderful and warm.

As the name implies "Student Biryani" is very delicious. This is your choice to select Spicy or normal flavour at the time of order. ALong with Biryani the famous dishes are Haleem and Nihari on weekends plus they introduced another special dish called Shanwari Karahi (mutton or chicken).Their "Parathay" is actually tandoori roti but that is so soft and delicious especially at the time of dine-in while they serve with the meal.

Al Khiran Kitchen overlooks the resort pool stretching all the way to the sea. International cuisines are highlighted in lavish buffets, and indoor and outdoor dining are available. Services: Breakfast, Dinner
We stayed for 4 nights at the Al Bustan and had breakfast at the Al Khiran Kitchen. All freshly prepared, best quality, huge choice!Buffet in the evening very much the same. Just few things are precooked, else all live kitchen stations, great quality!

In an area with very few choices for non-hotel food, it's amazing that Camilia makes such great food. They serve a broad clientele, from people who come by for take-out shawarma sandwiches to large sit-down groups. The meals are very ample and very reasonable in cost. Our "medium mixed grill" came with lamb and chicken kebabs, lamb chop, lamb and chicken kofta, French fries, mixed green salad and a plate of 5 different dips (hummus, baba ghanoush, tzatziki, olives and a tomato tapenade). A side order of hot Turkish bread and 2 fresh juices and it all came out to less than 10 OMR. And we left completely stuffed. Friendly service from the owner himself. The most telling thing about his honesty was that he actually told us we were ordering too much food instead of letting the tourists order and pay for much more than he knew we could ever consume. LOVED this place.

Local Cusine at its finest! Try Omani food in a Contemporary and Omani Seating with Low tables! Dine Like an Omani
We had a lovely dinner at this restaurant located near the port in Muscat. The menu has a good choice of Omani, Arabic and some western dishes. Service was good and the overall atmosphere was good also.
