I am a tourguide. And I was at this place pretty often. For lunch with coach-groups as well as overnight stays for some days. And it was always great to be there. Typical Austrian food, very friendly people running this place and also good entertainment when you want it.

Danke ?

My husband and I stayed in the Enzian Room for four nights. We have family who live nearby, and it was a convenient walk from this hotel. The room was very clean with modern conveniences. The owners are nice, kind, and friendly. The morning breakfasts were really good and there was a variety of choices, including meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, cereals, fruit, etc. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Denggalahof again in the future.

A nice house with a few apartments in it. In the city centre of Munster, which is about 15 - 20 minutes drive to Alpbach or Kaltenbach. We had the apartment with 3 bedrooms, which als has 3 bathrooms. This is suitable for 7 persons (7 beds). It has a nice terrace with view on the mountains and afternoon sun. The apartment is a bit outdated but everything functions. Downside of the location is the church, the bells ring every morning at 06.00 and 07.00, and this is just next to the house, so big change of waking up.

RUDE STAFF!!! Came here with the family hoping for a nice night. We did come after check in and where greeted with a nice welcome letter and the keys - so far so good. But when we got to the room half the beds had no pillows or blankets so the kids had to use their own. We decided to speak to them in the morning. However in the morning when speaking they caused massive commotion as there was misunderstanding. They made us feel very uncomfortable in front of all the staff and customers as they raising their voices causing them to all stare at us. We decided to stay for breakfast even thought there was hardly anything there but throughout we where getting uncomfortable stares from guests. There was one staff member is specific who we found very rude, whilst eating breakfast she was saying stuff in her language about us. Whenever we asked for help or to translate some of the breakfast items she would help out.She wasnt serving us property and saying everything had ran out, she also told us wrong info on some breakfast items such as the water was flavoured when she said it wasn’t and how there was no meat in the bread when there was- us being vegetarian this wasnt good. This was very upsetting as we had paid for this kind of treatment. We just quickly ate, which was very brief since we could handle this and left as quickly as we could. Sadly we couldn’t have our breakfast. However what makes this worse is my daughter left her bag behind and we have been trying for several months now to see if we can get it back but they are being very rude and have proved fruitless. We have a native speaker friend who has tried but managed no luck. I wouldn’t even recommend my worse energy to stay here so don’t waste your time book a place nice staff especially if you have a family. The only positive aspect is the scenery views, it is a nice place but the staff don’t meet to the standards.
