We have eaten here several times on previous visits. This year we went in for tapas and were very satisfied. This is a simple, friendly, family run restaurant where you can eat indoors or in a secluded courtyard at the rear. The food is quite authentic. You will need a smattering of Spanish to get by.

Funny place
We visited here for lunchtime tapas as a family of 5 having prebooked a table. The service was quick and efficient, the food delicious, the location superb and the price very reasonable. I just wish we knew about the set menu available in Spanish as mentioned in a previous review. Oh well, maybe next time.

This is the first time we've used this restaurant during many years of staying nearby and what have we missed? The bill for a 'small' tuna salad, a large plate of chipitos (for one), a large basket of bread, a pint, a large glass of sangria and two coffees came to an amazing 21E. Fantastic value with excellent service and very good food.

Our restaurant has two spacious terraces overlooking the sea. We have daily menus at 10 ⬠and 15 ⬠on weekends. Also we made menus for groups and meetings, prices can range between 20 and 40 â¬. The apartments are front line beach, just behind the restaura
We enjoyed a lunch here sat watching the sea in the sunshine. Good food, wine and service. Even though our Spanish is very poor they were helpful and were patient with us. We will go back before our trip here ends. Thank you very much for your opinion. We hope to see you again early. Best wishes

Cannot say enough good things about this new styled Italian/Spanish restaurant. We had a brilliant night, everyone enjoyed every mouthful not one complaint. Wine was excellent they serve gluten free beer and were informative and helpful with choosing for special dietary requirements. The rooms a beautifully dressed and everywhere spotlessly clean. We return regularly for everything from tapas to lunch and evening meals while we are here.A first class restaurant throughout the year with always an excellent service, on time but never rushing with each course, brilliant.

After a couple of hours at the guns between Mazarron/Cartagena, we visited Restauarante La Bodega Molina for Tapas & Menu del Dia. We stopped there with my partner & two other friends. I had roast chicken & my three friends had Paella. The meal was delicious from starters to main course & dessert. The staff were very friendly & very helpful. We had a table outside & took in the beautiful scenery of the mountains & the med. Family friendly.

Open every day apart from Tuesdays.Kitchen opens from 12:30 until 4:30pm. Great view from the terrace of the harbour and bay beyond as well as a mountain backdrop. Good informal seating areas as well as a nice dining room inside with big picture windows t
this restaurant has the best views in the village overlooking beach and mountains in the background and distance across the bay. The locally caught fish and other seafood is excellent ,presentation is very good, friendly staff and nice selection of wines make this a must visit.

Something you donât find very often in Spain there was a whole menu just for vegetarians! The food was amazing we had a HUGE plate of tempura veg (seriously you could share between two and still not finish) and a veggie paella. So delicious, it was a little more expensive than other places but the setting and service totally made up for that, loved it

Casa Blas is located a few km outside of Pto de Mazarron in a rural location just north of El Alamillo- inland. Only open lunchtimes. It gets very busy and pre booking advised if not essential. Their speciality is their style of cooking on open wood fires which gives a wonderful aroma and flavour. They cook a variety of paellas this way in addition to beef and pork steaks. Very popular which was a surprise given location. Well worth visiting. Efficient and friendly service.
