This restaurant is located on a busy street of Multan a couple of blocks away from two upscale fashionable shopping malls. I visited this restaurant at night and noted that it has a large fenced in outdoor area as well as a dinning hall. It appeared to be well decorated with green plants but we elected to eat inside.
It seemed to be a popular place for families to dine out and I found it to be a bit noisy but considering the quality of food it was understandable.
The food is very authentic Pakistani and delicious and a bit on the spicy side. If you want to try what the natives eat, I would NOT recommend to order burgers or sandwiches which are also on the menu. There are plenty of good choices of authentic and delicious Pakistani food on the menu and there is no need to morph that in a burger or a Sandwich, both of which are alien to Pakistan.
The prices are reasonable by Western standards but very expensive by Pakistani standards making me suspect that only the rich eat here . I estimate that one can have a good meal for about $15 per person and that includes dessert.
The place also seems to have a buffet but I didn't try that. It is also probably when the restaurant is open for lunch. We were not given the choice of buffet at dinner and we ordered a la carte.
The bathrooms were clean but I was disappointed that the familiar smell of urine somehow always lingered in the air. The odor was unpleasant and I suggest a better ventilation or a air freshening mechanism. The restaurant also should install a better hand dryer. the one which was available was useless. Perhaps providing a better high powered hand dryer or providing paper towels should be another option.
The service was good and the staff was friendly. I wish to mention the hospitality of the shift supervisor Mr. Khalid Chaudhary who was instrumental in making sure that our visit was enjoyable. His picture is included in this review per his request.

I have visited many times. This is very good restaurant. The taste of food is absolutely good especially shangrilla special Chinese soap has no match. Similarly Finger fish and prawns with rice are also special in taste. Service standard is also fantastic

This restaurant is located in the busy and fashionable part of Multan next to two modern shopping malls. It has an attractive façade and the interior is decorated with finesse.
I immediately fell in love with the atmosphere as we entered the restaurant. We were given a large table for our group of four adults and four children next to a glass partition that not only gave us privacy but a view of the interior, full of live and green plants. The ambiance is indeed extraordinary.
Ordering the food from loose leaf paper menu was rather unusual for a restaurant of this caliber and despite my insistence that my American wife choose a Pakistani specialty, she ordered satay chicken. While we have traveled the world and have always ordered local cuisine, she did not heed my advice or her gut reaction that ‘when in Rome do what the Romans do’.
This restaurant claims to be not only specialize in Pakistani cuisine but making an attempt to serve Italian, Chinese, Thai and Mexican dishes while probably ninety-eight percent of its patrons will be ordering Pakistani food.
In this well-intentioned attempt to ‘internationalize’ its venue which in our opinion is impossible, it has miserably failed. None of its non-Pakistani dishes, therefore are remotely similar to what the authentic cuisine that we have experienced elsewhere in their native places. Of course we did not try all the items on the menu but the ones that we ordered were sub-par in taste, quality, appearance and were outright a ‘creation’ of the restaurant and not authentic.
We waited, close to an hour for our food to arrive probably because the lasagna, needed to be baked in the very plate in which it was served with burn and crust marks adoring the edges of the plate. Lasagna a bit different was however good.
The Thai satay was a total disappointment but the stuffed chicken was scrumptious.
Service could be better and we needed to make an eye contact with staff if we needed something otherwise the staff mostly ignored us.
The restrooms were immaculately clean with hourly service and a check list on the wall. Unlike most public rest rooms in Pakistan the cleanliness was superior. The blow dryer in the men’s room did not work and no paper towels were available.
On a similar note a restaurant of this caliber and prestige should be offering cloth napkins rather paper napkins which were hard to come by. The paper napkins and then lack of enough of those was totally unacceptable. The least the management can do is get thicker and more absorbent paper napkins than what they have now.
Prices for an American couple were reasonable.
One final note: All this nitpicking has a purpose. The intention of this review is to not only help fellow travelers but to point out deficiencies to the management from the perspective of an American who was born in Pakistan. This restaurant should be concentrating on one or two types pf cuisines i.e. Pakistan and Chinese and drop this variety of other cuisines because their Pakistani specialties are also sub-standard as compared to what one can get elsewhere. The restaurant has a fantastic location and atmosphere but if the service or the food is what we experienced, it needs to improve to capture a stellar potential which it deserves.
Overall my rating is two and a half stars

Came here after dinner at a well known restaurant. The cafe is just like any Gloria Jeans but this actually had a room for our group of ten to meet quietly without the distractions of others.

There are two halls one is smoking and one is non smoking. You can easily relax with really fine gentry over there. I have visited the place with number of farewells of my colleagues

Hotel under renovation, so only the breakfast restaurant was open. Nothing wrong with the food though ! B/fast best so far : Delicious Pakistani dishes, puri with curries, plus usual eggs on demand, yogurts, lassies and Danish. Nice setting by window, overlooking park (playground surrounded barbed wire)

I enjoyed the taste more than anything else. However, the restaurants has a good interior decor. Friendly service is another factor that I'll put emphasis on.

Meal is average, Atmosphere is also normal and price is also budgeted. It's quite economical. Good for birthday parties. Special Food is Pizza.
