We went for breakfast a few times and it was lovely couldn't fault it! Came back for dinner as well and the pizzas were so nice and the chips were the best I've had here! Pudding is a must as well! They also have gluten free options! Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Fortunately we had resrvation before we visit, since the restaurant was full. The service was good, the personnel tried to do their best. Sometimes we faced delays in the service, but we think this happened because of number of guests. We liked the taste of meals. But the most we liked was the design of the restaurant, atmosphere and amazing view.We will visit this premise when we visit Bodrum.

Le Cafe is a wonderfully casual, brasserie-style restaurant offering fresh home-cooked Italian and Mediterranean dishes. Situated in Bodrum,Yalikavak-Turkey along the promonade close to the fisherman's wharf.Le Café offers an informal dining experience ca
We are staying at a lovely hotel in Yalikavak and wanted to venture out for lunch. We heard great things about Le Cafe Ristorante Italiano, including in Lonely Planet. I'm not sure why this restaurant was singled out for rave reviews when it's indistinguishable from the all the other waterfront restaurants around it. I heard it was special because the owner/chef(?) specializes in both Indian and Italian cuisines. When we arrived, we were given a menu that didn't even include any Indian food options, so we had to specifically ask for it. My husband ordered an unremarkable margarita pizza and I ordered a cheese and tomato panini that was also bland and unremarkable. More disappointing than the food was the service. Our waiter had a huge attitude problem. He was rude, curt and inattentive. We can't even blame it on communication, because we speak some Turkish. His rudeness really affected our dining experience. When I was leaving the restaurant, I told the owner about our waiter's rudeness. He muttered a quiet "sorry" in response. I would not return to this restaurant or recommend it to others.

This is the place. Mussells come from farms from north and are cooked to order in a variety of ways. My favorites are stuffed mussells and fried mussels. Mussells served in special pots, cooked with different ingredients (same as in Leon in Belgium and France) are also very popular. Place is small and usually packed: make reservations. Service is slow because all are cooked on order. Be patient, it is worth it.

On our last night in Bodrum, we decided to stay closer to our hotel. Based on the good reviews, we chose Sofiâs. It didnât disappoint. We came after sunset, so we didnât get to experience the beautiful views. However, the area was lively and we still sat along the waterside. I didnât feel that we had missed out on anything, in other words. We were presented with a plate of traditional mezzes to choose from, which is a tradition I love! Seeing what you are getting, as well as an explanation of the dish, is always a plus. We chose two, one a spinach-based dip and a yogurt-based one, as well as octopus. They were all wonderful. My husband ordered a bottle of wine. However, they had ran out of his choice so the waiter brought two other options. He decided on one and said it was the best bottle heâd had while in Turkey! Cheers for the recommendation. I had eaten seafood for 2 straight weeks and decided on a meat dish. I had the traditional Shepherdâs dish, SAÃ KAVURMA, I believe itâs called (donât quote me-still working on my Turkish). It was delicious and Iâm just disappointed I couldnât finish it all. The presentation was beautiful as well, as you can see from the photo. The owner or manager, Alex, came over to ensure everything was satisfying. I can understand why he gets so many compliments because he is very polite, funny and seems to truly care about his guests. We were too full for dessert although I wonât hesitate to return on our next trip. Then Iâll leave room for dessert. As an aside, the restaurant is in a small hotel that looks quite cute. I canât speak to what itâs like to stay there, but itâs a fantastic location and Iâd venture a guess that it would be a nice place to stay outside of a major resort. I couldnât help taking some photos of the statues around the hotel area. Thank you to everyone at Sofiâs. We will be back!We appreciate your lovely review, please come again and join us for a great sunset at Sofiâs.We also would love to host you at Taskule Boutique Hotel on your next stay.

Service very good , staff very attentive. Food was ok, but it caters a lot for English people and a lot of people that live here that are English the food is tempered for the English palette. Oven chips , microwave packet rice. I had chicken clay pot , it was no where near taste wise authentic Turkish compared to another restaurant it quite bland . If your not too Keen on authentic cuisine, this is your place. I wouldnât go back as there are better in Yalikavak
