Although there were very few people there when we stopped on a Monday morning, the service was extremely s l o w. The patties were way overcooked and the chips tasted old and stale as if the oil in the fryer was very old. Not the best Steers I've been to.

this place is appalling, the service is extremely poor, the drive through is empty buy they take forever to give you your order. I order a vegetarian burger as I am vegetarian, only to find a beef burger when I got home, I was extremely horrified, they cant even get a simple order right. I went back and showed them my slip and what they gave me, they showed no remorse at all. this place is bad news!!!!

I tried this RocoMamas as I have stopped eating at RocoMamas in Irene Village Mall Pretoria. This one surprised me as the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They all also try to speak Afrikaans which I really appreciated. They had a good sense of humor and the service and burgers were very good. All I can criticize was the chicken strips and onion rings were over fried and dry.We're always pushing the limits, Gerrie! Thanks for the feedback, see you soon for another taste bud explosion! ??

So we usually don't eat out at the end of the month because we know all the restaurants are very busy! This time was an exception and the food was a dissapointment.As a customer we expect to get the same quality and tasting food from the same franchise! We ordered spicy chicken wings but there was nothing spicy about it!
