We came upon this newly opened restaurant by chance and what a lovely surprise this was. The decor is fresh and cool and the staff very attentive and professional. However, the true star is the chef and his truly marvellous food. As the restaurant was not full yet he came to our table and gave us explanations about all the dishes. Throughout our meal, he came back to check personally that everything was ok. The food was absolutely divine, tasty, fresh ingredients, perfectly seasoned and authentic. There was so much of it that we ended up taking most of the (delicious) paella home with us. This was a wonderful culinary experience and I highly recommend it if you love authentic Spanish food.

The Peninsula is a private land where an Italian country house is built on a little cliff overlooking the sea shores of Dbayeh ( 30 km from Beirut center ). While serving an international cuisine the restaurant is specialized in Italian dishes with a uniq

We are the Clay, you are the Potter. From the moment we sat down as a family to brainstorm what we wanted to achieve from our new restaurant, the first phrases that came up revolved around allowing our customers to fabricate their own experience. Our oper
Lebanese food round the world purports to being authentic but here in Beirut this is truly authentic and excellent. Priced reasonably three of us had a substantial meal for $56 with drinks. The service was helpful and unobtrusive. Great place.

Its an off the beaten track restaurant but all locals know it as a special place for romance &/or delicious Italian food. How it ended up in such a corner of a village I know not. But it is located under a lot of pine trees, has a small playground, and some other less known local (Lebanese) restaurants are nearby.Locanda offers a wide range of wines, only Italian menu, and a romantic decor.Prices are a bit expensive, as couple fees can reach 80-100$ pp. If you love Italian, can reach this remote place, have a little extra $, do visit. Itâs cozy and professional.
Where to eat Armenian food in Broummana: The Best Restaurants and Bars
Lebanon's home for modern Italian cuisine and located in charming Broumana, Pasquale serves up an authentic culinary experience.
After months, many months, I was finally back to the Zomato meetup! It is really fun to exchange with foodies who feel it is really ok to spend the first 5 minutes taking the best shot for the food though you and everyone on the table are starving! And who volunteer to hold the flash light to make the best shot possible. Or hold the pizza slice until they burn their hands just for others to take the shot of the melting cheese! Crazy heh!In the charming Grand Hills Broumana hotel, nestles a charming italian restaurant: Pasquale.Decoration is average, they can work better on giving it an italian touch, maybe displaying the oven where the pizza is grilled. It is also better to place the olive oil and balsamic vinegar bottles then serving them in small portions. We were a group of almost 13 persons, it was really enjoyable. The chef, italian himself, was frequently visiting our table and explaining about the dishes served. You can tell his passion and devotion. The servers were attentive; empty plates were replaced and water cups filled whenever needed. They were present without being imposing. The bread basket has around 4 varieties out of which I preferred the focaccia w rosemary really tasty and light. We had a mix of seasoned sliced tomatoes on which I added balsamic vinegar to enhance the taste. For starters we had:Trilogy of tomatoes: fresh cherry mozzarella with basil: neat and simple, as you would expect itBresaola with figs and parmesan: I didn't like the texture maybe the slices could be thinner and the figs and mushrooms are absent in the overall tasteDeep fried Calamari and Shrimps: you know I am not into fried food so I won't judge this plateOctopus Salad: the star it,: creatively placed over mashed potatoes and perfectly cooked I loved it the most.Prawns and fennel salad and Mixed seafood salad: both having average taste. The main Pasta items were:Penne with porcini mushrooms: I did not like it at all, weird texture and sort of undercooked Spaghetti with carbonara: it had ham so I did not taste it, but the feedback that it was too salty Gnocchi alla sorrentina: tasty and fresh again the best of this groupAnd to end the savoury part, there were 5 kinds of pizza:Margherita and fungi were served after I left so cannot judge :PQauttro fromaggi: the pizza dough is really a winner.Smoked Salmon: very good quality of Salmon and the only one that looked appealingSeafood selection: I like the seasoning of the mix And since no meal can end without dessert, I requested to have mine before leaving! There were three choices:Orange blossom flanWhite chocolate feuillette andTiramissu I wanted to try the tiramissu and was awfully disappointed: lack of creaminess though very beautifully displayed, the recipe could use a review. So overall, it was fun to be sharing a meal with fellow foodies and exchanging valid comment about the items we tried.

Mamamia is an Italian pizzeria that coock atisanal pizzas in a wood brick oven, using fresh mozzarella and all the best imported ingredients from Italy. Italian salads and appetizers. Prices are very reasonable relatively to the high quality ingredients.
Pleasant and fun staff really make such a difference in a dining experience! This interesting restaurant was actually 3 in 1, with an Italian pizzeria, a Mexican cantina and an Arab grill! I think they were trying to achieve too much as food was just average, BUT the staff were all so friendly and so much fun, that I would recommend this place just for its people! Thanks for your ReviewAbout food we have 3 restaurants, separate kitchens and 3 different chefs. We would appreciate if you emphasize on what kitchen the food was average , so we can try to improve it and to satisfy you more.Looking forward to meet you in person and discuss it on your next visit. Thanks
