Again attracted by the set lunch for E10 we dropped into this appealing small restaurant. There were 2 choices for the first course and 3 choices for the second course plus a vegetable and water. The staff was very helpful snd we chose pastas for the first course with simple sauces, al dente and not too salty. Then we both chose the roast pork very thinly sliced with a delicate sauce with roasted potatoes for me and spinach for my husband. We shared the potatoes and spinach. It was presented very well and tasty. Lunch time arrived at 1pm and locals started to crowd in waiting inside and outside. We did not order coffee and the waitress was very grateful when I told her that I could see that the table was needed. Definitely worth another visit.

We enjoyed a wonderful dinner at this charming restaurant. The staff was friendly and answered all of our gazillion wine questions. Many reviewers praised the Angels and Demons gnocchi, and we loved it. It was delicious and I would recommend ordering it.The Caccio e Pepe was one of the best I've ever tasted. I opted to get it without truffles because I personally find the scent of truffles overwhelming. It was fantastic. The restaurant is only a few blocks away from where many tourists dine but it's definitely worth a visit.

This is one of the top restaurants we dined in while in Florence! The owner Allessio has made this a beautiful dining experience and he has an excellent selection of fantastic wines. The atmosphere, the candle lit at your table after you are seated, the fantastic service by Giada and the chef's fabulous creations! Such a perfect dining experience!!! You must come here...but please make reservations!! He has an intimate setting of 8 tables only. So glad we ventured off from the palazzos. Stumbled across this tiny âVineriaâ with an excellent & tasty choice of cheese & meats paired with a wide variety of regional wines all at reasonable prices. A little gem in the hustle & bustle of Florence. Could have spent the whole afternoon there.

This is a Sicilian restaurant with a great view over Tuscany! Very welcoming, though we were dressed in exercise clothes. Wonderful were the: panella, roasted potatoes, Sicilian pasta with anchovies and the swordfish. Very authentic. The afternoon was wonderful, and looking forward to another visit.

This is a lovely little wine bar in the back streets ,very handy for the Four Seasons Hotel.A very genuine establishment run by Father and Daughter, She speaks excellent English ( thankfully ) She does all the cooking taking orders and some of the service. Dad just cleans up :) . A very reasonable price and excellent traditional Italian wine bar food but venturing towards the exotic. we started with a truadional cheeseboard then followed with smoked fish , for desert my wife had a very impressive chocolate fondant as good as she had ever had I hade Sicilian cream and pastry dish which was very good as well

My wife and I ate at Mangius with our two teenage kids. The food was outstanding - I had the steak and everyone else had the carbonara. Some of the best food we have eaten on our two week trip throughout Europe. Highly recommended.

LOVED it! Read the reviews on this place and decided to make the 40 min drive for lunch with our group of 15. We were not disappointed!! The owner treated us like family and was so gracious and welcoming. And in addition to that, the food was so fresh and tasty! The owner brought out some lovely fresh bread and locally made meats & cheeses, then made us a few bowls of different pastas for the table (rabbit ragu, cream gnocchi with asparagus and pesto pasta).
