The place is rather small but cosy. Service is friendly. Food is good: we followed the Daily Specials suggestions â Italian red wine â cocktails â bisque / schrimps soup â sarde saussage â desserts ( for those who could continue ). Enjoyable diner in Trouville!

Despite its location directly on the main road between Trouville and Honfleur, this little cafe serves up great food and drink. Run by a couple of UK ex-pats, the kitchen provides a delicious variety of locally-sourced food, wine and ciders. Even though we tend towards the vegan-vegetarian side of the eating spectrum (one of us eats meat, the other does not), our hosts were very accommodating, and adjusted the dishes to our dietary restrictions. Tip: If you do have certain dietary concerns, call or write ahead of time, and they might be able to offer something to fit your program. Reservations are definitely recommended. Bon appétit!

We stopped here, based upon the reviews, for a light lunch.We were greeted by friendly owners and a lovely atmosphere.Having had a glass of wine each and some charcuterie and cheese for lunch, together with some wine to take away, we had a great time.Well worth the visit!

Visited here one evening for dinner. We entered the restaurant and were shown to a table by the lady out front. There were no other tables occupied. We sat and waited. We were smiled at but there was no other form of communication from the restaurant staff whatsoever!We sat for around 15 minutes - waiting for something to happen. I asked the girl behind the reception desk if we could have a drink and menus and she smiled. We did not wait any longer and voted with our feet! We left! I think this is not the way to treat customers and visitors to your country. I would not return here and obviously I can not recommend it or the food as I did not eat or drink anything.
