Went here with my husband having seen the reviews on trip advisor. Warm smiling welcome from the staff and led to a table. The evening just got better and better! A superb wine was recommended which we both enjoyed. Food was fantastic fresh tasty attractive and plentiful. Good selection for cheese with again a recommended port. Would thoroughly recommend especially for people who enjoy a good choice off wine

Visited with our children, blown away by quality of food. You can see the chef/boss cooking the food. Staff Paolo and George very friendly and helpful. We had pork with Diane sauce (delicious) and steak with peppercorn sauce (also delicious) our children had chicken nuggets and chips (more like 1 large breaded chicken fillet) and childs steak and chips (she really enjoyed it) Definitely coming back, it knocks the socks off other local eateries

In a back street and not easy to find but a beautiful interior with a wall full of wine bottles. Service good, waitress very pleasant, waiter not so.Glass of wine was light with a distinctive flavour.Main course seared tuna was a little overcooked and in too much oil.My wife's sea bream was excellent, great for a vegetarian.Cosy place well worth a visit. thank you very muchWe look forward to serving you soon.

We dined at Humbertos in June 2018, the food was amazing, fillet steak was perfect and sides were to die for. We returned to Praia da Rocha in October 2018 to find the restaurant was under refurbishment and disappointed we couldnât dine there. Our next visit to Praia da Rocha was June 2019, we were looking forward to dining at Humberto's, what a disappointment, the restaurant had been refurbished with an open kitchen, good for any diner, we could see food being cooked. We are a family of seven, the three children had burgers, they were okay nothing special! Two of the adults had chicken piri piri which consisted of two very small overcooked pieces of chicken and a boat load of chips and a spoonful of pickled cabbage, so disappointing and inedible. The other two adults had fillet steak served with chips and a portion of pickled cabbage, the steak was adequate but the accompaniments were not good. The cost was £92, not a good experience, such a shame the restaurant has not changed for the better. We were half board at our hotel and ditched our evening meal to go to Humbertoâs, Big mistake!

V5 offers something different in Ferragudo with a good selection of tapas giving the opportunity to try a variety of different dishes in a single sitting. We really enjoyed the food, particularly the guisado de frango (chicken stew) and the queijo amanteigado - one of those cheeses that is nearly liquid at room temperature and you spread on little toasts. All the food was good and very good value but what really makes the place is the friendly service and relaxed atmosphere. Well worth a visit for a relaxed meal.
