Wine Store & Bar with delicious food offerings and relaxed coastal vibes in the blissful seaside village of Point Lonsdale.
We enjoyed several dishes here accompanied by one of many wines that you can find lining the walls. Reasonably priced options, with take away also available. It was a busy Saturday night when we went so it was loud, but cosy seats meant still easy to hear each other. Not an expensive night despite lots of food and wine. Will gladly return

Salt Contemporary Art gallery is situated in an historically significant former drapery store in the heart of Queenscliff. The gallery houses two levels of exhibition space, along with the Salt Lounge, a cocktail bar, that is open intermittently. The gall
I love this place. It is a gallery downstairs with interesting artwork and upstairs it's a very funky bar. The decor is very different, I'd describe it as eclectic, charming and unique. It is very old worlde and funky. They have an interesting range of cocktails and you can eat there if you like as well. In cold weather sitting inside is lovely and during winter it's very cosy. In warmer weather sitting on the balcony, enjoying a cocktail and watching the sun set is hard to beat.Belated thanks for your fabulous review AussieTripper100; we appreciate the time you have taken to pen your thoughts. Not sure if you're aware but as of October we've made some changes to the Salt Lounge. Check out our Facebook page SaltLoungeQueenscliff for details!

Really enjoyed our shared plates. The menu was interesting with many tempting dishes. We had a hard time choosing. The wine list was a fabulous collection of cellar door wines. We share a scrumptious dessert. So many that dine at our restaurant express the difficulty in choosing from the menu/ fresh ingredients - dishes created and prepared by our chefs own recipes on top of an expansive menu , makes choosing rather difficult - thatâs why we see so many friendly faces return / we hope to see you again too!

We had the 2 beer paddles of 10 craft beers and a share platter of olives, dukkha, bread, salami, cherry tomatoes, caramelised onions and 3 types of cheeses for $40. They were delicious and later we bought some cheese to bring home. If you go the Queenscliff Brewery website, you can download a voucher for the above deal which is a savings of $9.Thanks for your lovely review oscarette. We are glad you enjoyed our regional produce platter, local wine and craft beer, it's a great way to immerse yourself into our region. We hope to see you again soon. Cheers
