We had a great dinner here and highly recommend. Good house wine - no need to buy a bottle of something else. Started with typical bruscetta with new olive oil + bruscetta of chinta pork.. Walnut ravioli was fantastic and pistachio filled small ravioli filled with pork argue was good. Main was wild boar stew and warm think sliced pork. Wild bar stew was great, the pork was okay but not very big portions. Rich though. Owner/server/chef was very friendly and helped us order. For two, 84euros. Not cheap....but a good experience.

Only some small distractions serving at the table but the waiters but quite honest to acknowledge and readily apologizing. Non-flavourishable my spaghetti with seafood hence not worth for its price (22â¬). The Chef (a foreigner) is not good enough for pasta seafood. Excellent the wine!! The service at the table was really nice by the two girls.

We were looking for an authentic place for paninis and wine and Gino Cacino did not disappoint. We were there the day before Palio but the wait wasn't long at all. The menu had tons of choices and the wine list was extensive. The best meat and cheese I had the entire time I was in Italy! Extremely authentic place, with very little english spoken, but does not take away from the experience at all, and instead, enhances it.

My husband and I are both vegetarian and we had a wonderful dinner here. We were recommended the restaurant by our hotel because they are known to be flexible for vegetarians. The menu is actually full of great options without having to even go off menu (although they will do that as well). The wine selection here is excellent and the ambience is nice. I highly recommend this restaurant.

A beautiful dinner spent in this place between wine and food. You can express your preferences about the kind of cheese and ham you would like to have or you can leave this decision to the innkeeper (which we preferred). Everything was great! The food, the wine, the location and the guy who served us. I truly recommend this place

We ate here the evening after the gran fondo strade bianche and were amazed at the treatment we received. A tuscan starter to kick off followed by two second dishes and then desert and coffee to finish off. Good meat and a great choice of wine are 2 of the reasons we will certainly return to this restaurant next year. The caramel cheesecake is maybe the reason i shall return with the family before next year. Thanks again to all the pleasant staff who served us. Thank you very much, Chris! We had lunch here - it was recommended by our B&B host and is just off the main street. Surprisingly good range of foods from panini, salads, pasta, bruschetta to various specials. This is the best wine bar in all of Siena, I have visited this place many times during my stay in the city. They have all natural wines and amazing knowledge of them that they are willing to share. Francesca and Davide that owns the place are amazing people that always make you feel welcome. Besides the good wine they also serve great cheese, meat and crostone - all from artisan producers. Well worth a visit for the wine lover!Thank you, Tina!It was a big pleasure for us to know you and Vincent and we are glad that you like our place and offer. My reviews on trip advisor show how passionate we are about good pizza... We found this place which has no curb appeal but absolutely fantastic pizza and antipasto...my husband loves German beers and this place has lowenbrau on draft along with great Italian beers. The restaurant was super busy for a Saturday night and the take away pizza business was doing a roaring trade with pizzas the size of bin lids being taken away!...
