Not so many good places in Zhuhai with a western kitchen. This one I loved since I been first time here with my wife. We working in circus and traveling all the world. We tried many different cousins and visited so menu good restaurants and different countries. Personally I have a rule: if I pay money there should be really tasty and enjoyable food, otherwise I prefer cook myself or my wife do it. The chief of this restaurant prepares real masterpieces, every dishes is art, so creative! Taste so good! Me and my wife really love wine with cheese and here we always get good quality of wine and best in Zhuhai selection of cheeses from chief. Restaurant located in interesting shopping and bars district. Nice atmosphere in side , stuff is very friendly. Definitely recommend this place for a visit. Our order was quite simple but it took ages for the guy to bring 2 beers. I think it was the orange juice that confused him and meant several phone calls and other staff helping. The view is amazing along side the open air pool. Staff training is not there yet and below the standards of the rest of the hotel.Dear John T,Thank you for your review and I apologize for the bad service provided. Iâve resided in Macau for 10 years and had heard rave reports about Macau Soul so my wife and I finally made it here and absolutely loved it. Itâs small extremely cozy, quiet with only 5 tables, accompanied by excellent hosts and food and wine was great. Polished it all off with Davidâs recommenced 1997 Port wine - perfect evening. We will be back as itâs the perfect place for a lazy relaxing afternoon or evening after touring the city or casinos. However as I said itâs small and popular so make sure you book well in advance and you wonât be disappointed.

Really nice place with very polite and professional staff and a great atmosphere for relaxing. A lady from the Philippines stood out in particular. Me and my girlfriend were looking for a cheaper place to grab a drink or two nearby. Despite not being in the bars best interest, this lady went and printed out a map and guide for us and offered to arrange a taxi for us to drive 10 minutes away to some more casual and cheaper bars. In the end we decided to stay at St Regis and have a few drinks but the gesture and extra effort was really appreciated.

We have a lovely dinner here and Mei Mei serves us with warm smile and professional attitude especially when she introduce the cheese to us. And we try the chef menu tonight , every course are delious and well presented. My favourite is crab leg , if the portion serve a bit more that would be perfect. It can be smaller pastry box.
