Wine, Beer and Spirits tasting, accompanied by local delicacies. Point of sale.
Found this bar on TA and what a nice little find it turned out to be.We were greeted by a lovely gentleman whom let us choose our own seating. We ordered the Aperol Spritz which came with an awesome tasting aperitivo.Although we only stayed for one drink there were a variety of wines and craft beers available. This bar had a great atmosphere to chill and relax with the localsEasy to find down one of the many lanes in the town. The staff here know the importance of customer relationships.A must if you are in La Spezia

Vintage cocktail bar, tea room and cakes, with a wall full of books, old good music, in an atmosphere of another age.
I often go to Resilience Caffè to have a drink, aperitivo or just a hot tea whe it is cold outside.I do reccomend it because the food and drinks are delicious and also the place itself is amazing.

The location and table settings looked nice and the menu good so we decided this was the right place for our first meal in La Spezia..what a mistake.Orders were taken quickly, the wine I wanted wasn't available so I had to quickly choose another...being unfamiliar with Italian wine I didn't get a chance to Google this one but the waitress said it was good so I trusted her...it was OK at best, all the wines seemed very over priced. We looked around and realised we had the only wine not in an ice bucket....as it was heatwave weather in Europe our wine quickly became warm...and when there was barely a glass left an iced cover was suddenly produced..a bit late!We asked for tap water...no they couldn't give us that...so we had to buy a 3 euro bottle of water....typical upselling which annoys me.I order fish ravioli and my partner monk fish. The dishes came out in a reasonable time but we felt they were very small serves for a main and were quite bland in flavour, my ravioli tasted like something I would buy at my local supermarket. On looking around we realised we were the only table without bread..on asking it was delivered....after we had eaten! We were never offered dessert and had to wait 20+ minutes for the bill...55 euros for a poor meal that I reckon I could cook better myself!

Everything in this restaurant is perfect! They have a wide range of wines, including some really especial and small produced ones. We were interested in trying some local ones, and they made great recommendations. We had some of the best food and wine we've ever had (including italian chocolates and sweet wine for dessert) but I really think that the best thing about this place is the people in there. They know EVERYTHING there is to know about all the things they serve, but they also make you feel like family. I really enjoyed my dinner there and I hope I can come back soon.

This down to earth authentic italian restaurant has everything that you could want in local produce/products, and they have an excellent selection of local wines to serve with light meals in their cute barroom (alla Mescita) and on their modest outdoor veranda. They also offer a good selection of salamis, cheeses, and foccacia (homemade cakes). The server was very helpful and suggested a particular pasta which we ate while lounging on the veranda on a pleasant, sunny Spring day. We did try to go there again, but on a Monday when they are closed.
