The ambience is fantastic here, subtle and sophisticated. The steak cooling room a great feature, and of course you can't beat the view! Entrees were all tasty, the carpaccio a standout. We all ordered different versions of steak that was cooked to perfection. The wine menu was decent.Service was generally good but it did take a while to get the first round of drinks (the cocktails took ages). The restaurant manager David (?) made sure the rest of the evening went smoothly so all in all a great time.

A very nice rooftop with beautiful view which was not overly crowded on the Saturday evening we have been to. Cocktails are quite nice also. Level 23 situated at the top of the Sheraton Hotel is a hidden gem. I often encourage all of my friends and colleagues visiting HCMC for the first time to have a drink or visit this restaurant/bar. Staff are trained well, offer excellent service. The view is amazing at sunset and throughout the night. Itâs a much more calming environment then some of the other local bars or tourist bars in HCMC. They have a FULL assortment of drinks and a food and snack menu which is served late. The drink prices are quite affordable especially for the view and location. Staff are attentive and they play soft but trendy music so you can still have a conversation but enjoy the atmosphere of the bar/lounge. The lounge is mostly open on a terrace and you can view the entire street scene or take in tall city life views. Itâs also very accessible by foot or Grab or if you are a foreign traveler and donât use Grab the lobby staff will help you get a taxi very easily! I would definitely recommend coming here as part of your travel itinerary. Itâs a must for the view and wonderful cocktails with excellent service. My friend and I stopped by around 5:30pm since we didn't have a reservation. Between the two of us, we got the pumpkin soup with bacon, scallops asparagus, duck confit, and chicken pasta. The chicken pasta and scallops were ok, but the pumpkin soup and duck confit were wonderful. All the food is fresh made to order in good sized portion. The amount came around $50usd for 2 people with drinks. It is good deal compared to what you would pay for in Europe.
