This certainly isn't a tourist restaurant; no English menus and off the beaten track. The waiter didn't speak English but the simple menu was easy to understand and of course the wines outstanding. They offer a tasting menu with wines. Plates are small, carefully prepared and delicious. Fresh ingredients, excellent cheese and pasta. Really enjoyed this refined wine restaurant. Highly recommended.

Very good restaurant near the train station. Excellent tartuffo fondue and porchetta (typical roasted pork). Nice wine list (you must taste the local white wine) and affordable prices. Manager very kind. We recommanded it !Très bon restaurant près de la gare. Fondue à la truffe et plat de porchetta excellent et bon marché. Grande carte des vins et service agréable. On reviendra !

Come da titolo giudico la visita in questo bistro' molto interessante. Eravamo in giro per Frascati e volevamo fermarci per un aperitivo mangereccio. La scelta di fermarci al Bistrò è stata casuale. Il menù è ricco e gli ingredienti sono di prima qualità . Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Unica pecca,scarsa la proposta sul vino alla mescita... Da ritornarci
