Our visit to Trang An was not quite as good as last time , I feel that all the meals tasted almost the same.The shared pancakes to start were mainly filled with bean shoots and little else.The calamari was delicious, but the sizzling beef lacked beef and flavour.The prawns hit the spot.The service was prompt and friendly.

Stopped off here for lunch and were the only 2 in the restaurant, they took our order and waited just over half an hour to receive the meals a basic soup and a stir fry, the pho soup was nice but not authentic at all, it had cucumber, lettuce, celery and carrot in it, more like a vegetable soup not Vietnamese pho, the chicken stir fry was nice enough but very salty, chef must be heavy handed on the soy sauce but never the less it was ok, but to top it off when taking a spoonful of rice from the stir fry there was a big white hair!!! Bang on average food served with crummy service, won't be back.

Found the service to be efficient and friendly backed up by very good food at reasonable prices. Can get very busy so suggest a reservation on Friday/ Saturday nights.
