I happened to walk by this restaurant a week or so ago and had made a mental note to come back here for dinner. Then I had seen a post about the restaurant on Facebook from âInside Loudoun.â When I realized it was Lunar New Year, I thought it would be a perfect time to come in. When we got here, it was somewhat quiet, but I was still eager to try their âmodernâ take on Vietnamese fare. I had already checked out their website and menu online, so I had a pretty good idea what I personally wanted to try. We were started off with glasses of Cucumber water, which was a refreshing way to cleanse the palate. We knew we wanted appetizers, and had decided on the Beer Moi Park Belly and the Spring Rolls. For our entrees, I finally settled on the Saigon Pork Tenderloin and the other half opted for the Pho. The Food: ⢠Spring Rolls- For me these were kind of a miss. They gave me the feeling that they had been made earlier and kept in a cooler or refrigerator and lacked that freshly made feel. ⢠Beer Moi Pork Belly- Never shy away from the deliciousness that is Pork Belly. They bread them and then fry them. And whatâs left on the inside is pure porky heaven. Just the way they melted in your mouth was enough to contemplate ordering another platter. Definitely enough for two to share, and Iâd imagine if there were four people sharing it would be enough. ⢠Saigon Pork Tenderloin- This dish was well worth the curiosity. Cut up into medallions cooked over a charcoal grill and served with a caramel sauce, the star anise is definitely apparent but not overpowering. Cooked just right, it was definitely paired well with the Papaya salad that came with it. Enough for one but definitely shareable. ⢠NY Strip Steak Pho Xao Noodles- I tried the broth and was pleased with it. The steak was just right. However I was told that the noodle lacked any flavor and didnât seem to acquire flavor from the broth as most pho dishes do. That being said, not a drop was left by the time he was finished. ⢠Cafe Sua Da Tiramisu- This was definitely an interesting twist. I enjoyed the Vietnamese coffee twist to the classic dessert. Also shareable between two people. (Who wants all of the calories to themselves right?) All in all I was quite pleased with the overall experience and am looking forward to our next visit. You wonât be disappointed.

Authentic Pho made with very fresh ingredients. Great flavor and served by very polite and attentive Staff. The Spring Rolls (rice paper) with shrimp were tremendous along with the peanut sauce.
