I have seen a lot of improvements in this restaurant concerning cleanliness and modernizing the counters and tables. The food is always great and the menu is very ample, but the service.... This time I went with a group of 7 people. Some have eaten Vietnamese food before some others not, but still it was confusing. You order after clarifying some things with the waiter. That is if you can due to language difficulties. Then other waiters bring the food and they do not give any kind of explanations how to eat it or know who ordered what. They tell you the name of the dish in Vietnamese and you are supposed to remember it :). When they bring the bean sprouts, the mint and lemon, for instance, they put it in the middle of the table and they do not tell you what are you suppose to do with this or who or what is for. Then they bring a soup or another dish but you don't know if the bean sprouts and the mint are suppose to go on the soup or the other dish. Then they also bring sauces. Some taste like fish oil some like clear broth but nobody knows with what to use them with. It will be nice to have some instructions on how to eat the food so you can experience the authenticity of the eating experience. Be careful when you order because they have several dishes with cold noodles. They identified but please take note before you order!

I stopped at this establishment one stormy evening/night since I wanted to try some good Vietnamese food since it had been a while since I last enjoyed good Vietnamese food. The establishment is small but the staff are very friendly, prompt, and deliver fast service. The food was very delicious and the price was very decent, too. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone who desires to try tasty Vietnamese food and to those that enjoy the cuisine, too.
