St Albans /sənt ˈɔːlbənz/, /seɪn ... / is a city in Hertfordshire, England, and the major urban area in the City and District of St Albans. As Aspava Restaurant, our only goal is to serve our delicious food and confort everyone who is welcomed to our restaurants as our guests. This is the traditional cooking that we are serving to our customers that we have learned from our family
Enjoyed dinner here two times in late Sep.Both times mixed grill preceded by lambs liver.Grill on 1st day came without lamb cutlet, portions seemed small-ish but the cubes of chicken and lamb were cooked perfectly. As were smoky chicken wings. Kofte a bit chewy and salty but they usually are. Liver cooked but tender. Salad dressed in vinegary dressing but that not awful, as at other Turkish places, rice small. But the meats are the thing and they were top.On second day the same order brought a deeelicious lamb cutlet and couldn't finish dinner so took home the wings and enjoyed the restaurants food for a third day.Nice bread and dips and manager seemed on top of things. Mangal is behind glass so not smoky. Interior smart, place smart, ideal venue for show next door.

Normally always excellent. Ingredients were fresh but something was different. The chips didnât taste the same as the normal amazing ones and the chicken was as if it had been fried not grilled, which I strongly suspect was a mixture of fry and grill to get it cooked quicker. Huge disappointment, due to past experiences (high standard) I will give it one more try. You can read this as a positive review and constructive. When your customer tells you the standard slipped its easier to arrest then when they let the feet talk and go somewhere else.
