We learned the way they cook lamb and let them to serve as they used to. The result was a very big success. The list: fantastic authenticity roasted lamb, local meat ball, delicious rice with meat pieces, nice salad, dried grapes syrup and finally 3 different but each delicious sweats. If you are in Isparta do not miss it.

I went to Gaziantep Sofrası for a dinner with a big group and none of us left the table unhappy. Even though I am a vegetarian the side dishes, pide and the baklava at the end of the dinner was so delicious I felt regret I spent only 1 night in Isparta. The staff is helpful, the service is fast and the prices are affordable considering the quality level. It is central located, 5 minutes walk from Iyas Park. I will definitely visit the place again.
Best Turkish breakfast I've ever had, the outdoor area was so cosy and the staff fantastic! Out 2 year old daughter felt at home and even made friends with a random puppy :)
New restaurant in our neighborhood. Very clean, friendly staff, very reasonable pricing. Food looked fresh and meat were tasty. Only down point DONER was not sliced thin enough. I am sure they will improve it.

If you just blink the fact that the restaurant does not look fancy as it mainly serves to locals, you can taste crispy, delicious pide and a kadayıf with genuine natural butterfat on top as a dessert.

We stayed one night in Isparta and instead of eating at our hotel, we wanted to taste the local dishes. So after reading reviews at Tripadvisor and those of food bloggers, we decided to give a try to Ferah Kebap Salonu as they all mentioned this place as the best in the city. It's very centrally located, inside the Eski Ãzüm Bazaar. Don't expect anything fancy, it's a typical "esnaf" restaurant as it's called in Turkish, meaning a place where shop owners around come and have quick lunch. In fact, the restaurant is open only until 8 pm. That's why we had a very early dinner at 6:30 pm in order to adjust to the restaurant's timing. This place is managed by the same family for 4 generations now (you can see the photos of each generation on the wall). The owner is still at the restaurant and manages it hands-on. The service is very swift and friendly. They made a mistake while taking our orders but they compansated for it by bringing the right order without charging it, it was very nice of them. We ordered Isparta kebab, shish meat balls and "kadayif" with cream as dessert. We liked it all, but all main dishes are made with meat, so, it's not exactly a right place for vegetarians. The overall dining experience lasted only 45 minutes, so it's really a place for a quick lunch. For 4 people, we paid 93.- TL excluding tips.
