We ate here as a couple and found the place very busy on the night that we went. We had a nice table in the courtyard and the restaurant serve a complimentary sharing starter of dips etc, which was very tasty. Our mains were great and the only issue we had was a mistake on the bill where we were charged for a litre of wine but actually received a half litre. A simple error that was corrected immediately that I mentioned it. Otherwise a really great meal, not the cheapest, but a decent quality in a nice setting.

Eat dinner here twice during recent holiday. Wide menu from steaks to Turkish. Excellent service, food and drink. Nice terrace overlooking the sea. Very popular with locals and tourists. Very good value. Local musicians add to the ambience. You can also mix and match menus with the Khephal fish restaurant which shares the terrace. Closed on Mondays.

Alesta Restaurant is a family business established by Ali Guvenay in 2000. With excellent kebab varieties and also with the warm staff we would love to serve you while you are in Cyprus.
On the main road in Kyrenia not far from The Grand Hotel Pasha is Alesta Bar and Restaurant, a little piece of heaven to relax in the evenings. You may dine inside if you wish but we preferred the garden. The food was very good and also the service from all the Staff was exceptional. We were welcomed every evening, and they always remembered our drinks order. It was our wedding anniversary during our stay in Kyrenia, and they were happy to reserve us a table - a lovely meal. Would thoroughly recommend it.

Abbey Bell Tower - Bellapais Restaurant offers fantastic views of the abbey particularly at night when illuminated. There is a continual chorus of very loud frogs! Good food which is cheaper than the harbour together with free taxi collect and return from
I love the village of Bellapais , itâs so special with the Monastery as a back drop .I am delighted to discover this restaurant , a stoneâs throw from the carpark so no issues with parking .Get a table on the roof top balcony to get the best views . The restaurant has a romantic vibe and leaves you feelings very relaxed due to the beautiful surroundings. We found the service very good , English was spoken which was an added bonus. The food was top notch , I had garlic prawns to start which were fresh and plentiful , followed by a mixed grill. The meats were cooked perfectly on charcoal which always gives the best flavour .I would definitely recommend a visit here , whether you are a couple or friends or a family .Make sure you go at the right time to catch the sunset after glow .

This cafe and bar would surely have been Laurence Durrell's local had it been open at the time he wrote `Bitter Lemons'. His now landmark house is in the next street.Today the Old Mill is an elegant little museum of olive oil milling, and its lemonade not bitter at all, but the best I have ever drunk.

A simple homely restaurant that serves great food. We had the moussaka which was very tasty and the mixed grill that was succulent. Probably some of the best of either that we have had anywhere. If you want fancy with a sunset view go elsewhere. If you want a family run restaurant with great food and great value this is your place.

Been coming to Bella Moon for many years. As per previous visits the food has been good, apart from on this occasion, 1 of the 6 meals which was the steak was awful. 4 of us sampled the steak that my daughter could not eat and agreed it was disgusting. In my opinion it was the worst steak I had ever tried to eat. Other than this the evening and food was good. I would certainly say it is worth a visit, we may have just been unlucky with this 1 meal.

Bellapais Gardens is a well known name for us who live in North Cyprus. The hotel namely has a restaurant often referred to as the very best when it comes to âfine diningâ on the island. One of the brothers, Selim, is head chef, and his food attracts visi
A step from the Abbey, with its teeming crowds of visitors - even on a Monday in October!, this hotel/ restaurant is slightly off the beaten track and takes advantage of the stunning views. The decor is quaintly old fashioned and peaceful after the crowds. We were given a warm welcome and seated immediately. The food was good- stand out was a dish of roasted figs with goats cheese stuffing although the sweetness of the dressing was a bit too much for my taste. A generous salad of halloumi was a perfect foil for the richness of the figs although the greenery was a bit tough. The lamb kebab was generous and well seasoned although very slightly chewey- no idea why it is necessary to serve it with rice, fried potatoes and pitta bread and boiled vegetables. A satisfying lunch and good value for money. Excellent service.
