A great place to hang out with friends and families while enjoying delicious local foods, especially Momo. Enjoy low prices but high quality food and service with high speed WIFI while you wait for your meal.
We came here because it was round the corner from the hostel and was cheap. Unfortunately they couldn't make the veg momo's vegan so we opted for other stuff on the menu and were not disappointed. The masala papad's were delicious because of a certain spice we could not ascertain, the veg noodle thukpha was a large bowl and filling and the aloo masala roll was so tasty and a great size. All this plus great service and cheap prices.

We came here for a very quick late lunch and thoroughly enjoyed it.1 portion of veggie momos and another of chili veggie momos which were fantastic, couple of beers and a very enjoyable afternoon. There is a very small balcony where couple can sit out on which catches the afternoon sun and makes it very nice. Family run (it seems) and not rushed at all. Food made very fresh. It was exactly what we were after.

If you enjoy eating at local places where the tourists don't venture, go eat at The Tibetan Pema Restaurant. The best buffalo noodle soup EVER ! The broth is simmered all day with the buffalo bones......5 star chefs will understand this. I also had an order of buffalo momos. It is at the end of an alleyway but worth the effort to seek out.
